Luis from union construction is a very polite owner he shows up exactly when he says he going to.does exactly what he says he s going to do. his crew is very polite very neat they clean up every day.And the quality of work is excellent I would recommend them anybody. He s very reasonably price. And he does all kinds of work, like installs doors, he fixed our steps by re-tile them,he fix the front wall and repainted it, he does plastering and paints . Great people.

I was happy with the cost for bleaching my roof and painting my house but there were a couple of issues with the painting we were not happy with. The hurricane shutters were supposed to be closed and painted. instead, they were open when painted so now when they are closed they are half white half tan and they did not do a good job prepping the house for painting. The old paint at the bottom was not scraped off just painted over so it has big flakes in it. Luis called a couple of days later to see if we were pleased and I explained the problem and sent him pictures. He said he would send someone over to fix them. That was a month ago. My husband has said to forget it he will do it himself. It is a shame because we are trying to give small businesses work and we had 2 more projects to be done but will have to go with a large more reputable company.

I hired Union Construction initially for drywall work and they did an excellent job. Luis found out I wanted to do some cabinet work and he was able to help on that project too. Union Constructions prices are reasonable, his products are very high quality and his crews are top notch. Everyone that worked at my house was very professional, courteous and detail oriented. You could tell his crews took pride in their work and job was done in a timely manner. Luis also has a keen eye and great recommendations for design decisions. On any upcoming projects, Luis and Union Construction will be my first stop. I highly recommend using Union Construction on any project need you may have.

The company was asked to remove tress and do some landscaping. All tasks were done with care and total completeness. I would hire this company again for these same tasks. Money well spent. Highly recommend Union Construction of SWFL. Professional and client oriented. Thanks again!!!!!
