Unique Builders and Development Inc is renowned for its exceptional and efficient services. We contacted Unique Builders with our plan to convert our attic into functional space. Ronen visited our house to assess the possibilities and offer suggestions on how to utilize the area effectively. The team was highly cooperative and flexible, readily adapting to any changes we made during the project. They made sure the construction process had minimal disruption to the rest of the house. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome of our project and now have a valuable living area where we used to have an unfinished attic.

Andrew Koy from Unique Builders was a pleasure to work with, always responsive to my calls and questions. Unique is not inexpensive. But you get what you pay for.

The overall experience was good. It took time (Covid, insurance) to get it all to come together, but the wait was well worth the finished product. We had canned LED lighting, under cabinet lighting, granite and new cabinets installed due to a plumbing leak. The contractors did excellent work, and everything looks wonderful. We had Scott as our project manager, and he was very helpful in dealing with the insurance adjuster to recover the most possible amount to apply to the remodel.

We contracted Unique Builders to renovate our kitchen in July 2020. Ronen K was our project manager. The job required a complete rebuild of the kitchen, removing posts, walls and installing new posts and beam. Ronen spent a considerable amount of time working with my wife and I on the design of the kitchen, providing us various options to maximize the space, the kind of materials we could use and recommendations on the appliances. The project lasted about nine weeks which was attributable to us changing the scope of the work to include other areas of the house which Unique had no problem including into the project. They ensured every detail was covered. When an issue came up, Ronen was there to resolve it quickly. The result was a beautiful better functioning kitchen with an open concept. We would highly recommend Unique Builders and Ronen as your project manager.
