Overall I was quite pleased w/their Service. The Master Bath needed qiuite a bit of Cleaning & they left Sparkiling. My only real complaint is that they did not arrive on time .

We are pleased with the very positive interaction that we have had with all of Unique's staff -- managers and cleaning personnel. The cleaning personnel (a staff of two) have been very punctual, cordial, respectful and open to suggestions. They completed their work in record time and are scheduled to return on a regular basis. I would recommend this service to family, friends and neighbors.

The cleaning personnel arrived just a few minutes late for the initial cleaning. I didn't really know what to expect (this was my first time). The job done was not as thorough as I expected (meaning not like I would do it myself) but it was adequate and fast. Some things were left a bit askew; I had to go around straightening curtains and objects on shelves had not been put back in the same place. All in all, I am OK with it and will have them back for the regular biweekly cleanings.

We hired Unique Maid Service for post-construction clean-up. The team came in, organized the large rooms (3) and did a thorough cleaning. All of the dust and grit were removed from the walls, furniture and floors. They removed all trash and books that were water damaged. Yes, I will recommend them to my friends and will call them back for regular maid service.

An unbelievable value. The deep clean was almost five hours, and the team having the skills they did, it probably was the equivalent of my partner and I cleaning for two days. The whole weekend following the deep clean all we had to do was play with our 1 year old without the dirty house weighing on us. Wonderful

Overall did an excellent job...cleaned baseboards, walls, etc., and the house smelled fresh and clean for days...staff was very professional and courteous...just a few minutes late but well worth the wait...would use again.
