Unique Coatings and Construction

All the workers involved were polite, prompt and very clean.

You won't find anyone more professional than Sam and his crew. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well. Sam has great communication and reliable on all projected timelines. Sam and his crew installed Hardie Plank siding and smooth coat stucco to our house exterior followed by paint as well. I will definitely be using Sam for several other projects I have planned in the near future.

Sam and the team were great and very professional, all the work was completed the work when they promised. We asked to came back to repaint our bathroom as my wife changed her mind on the color and they did it for a very reasonable fee-

Sam and his crew were on time everyday and worked a full 8 hours. Sam would call me each night to give me updates on what they found and possible changes that might need to be made. The crew was very friendly and worked very hard each day. Job was complete on time with great satisfaction. Hoping to hire Sam again to remodel bathrooms.

Fantastic customer service and quality of work. Had to re-schedule twice due to rain with no problems. The owner Sam Coffey came out for the initial quote fast. Great guy and his crew was very professional , got the job done fast and cleaned up the place like they werenâ t there. Well worth the money spent and glad they did the job.

Great company to deal with. The owner is hands on at every step in the process.

Sam and his team did an excellent, high quality job of painting my house! They did a great job of preparation and were able to fix problems with wood trim and stucco rather than just painting them over as some would. They started on time and finished on time which was important to me. His workers were polite and respectful. The price was reasonable. I would certainly hire them again for any home project - they do it all.

Awesome job by this company! Painted outside of my house, I would hire them again!!

Five stars is too little for the AWESOME job they did. The work is gorgeous. On time. On budget. Clean. Fantastic crew. Sam was there to check on the work. Passed inspection the first time, every time.

I contacted many contractors for this job. I was amazed, even starting with the bid process how a builder can turn you off. Sam Coffey was honest, thorough, wrote up a detailed cost analysis and was easy to deal with. I had dreaded doing this project. A 1970s bathroom had to be demolished and replaced with shower stall, cabinets, tiling for shower and floors and all the other fixtures like faucets, lights etc. Sam estimated 3-4 weeks. It was 4 weeks exactly. Sam uses his own subcontractors so there was somebody working on the project every day. Sam stopped by our house to check on everything almost every day. This is a Master bathroom so everything in the Master bedroom was protected with plastic as were the carpet wherever they would be walking. If we needed help with color choices, placement of shower heads and other bathroom items they have done so many bathrooms that they were very helpful. Price was one of the lowest but keep in mind a major remodel is expensive. My advice, pick a bid that works for your budget, with a contractor who is knowledgeable, that uses his own subcontractors and is easy to work with. One day I hope to do a kitchen remodel, also 1970s, and I would use Sam again.

I highly recommend Sam Coffey for your bathroom remodel! He and his crew did an excellent job! He created a new design and worked with us step-by-step to explain the process and get it done on-time! He works fast, but doesn't cur corners. Wonderful experience!

Great attention to detail. Used top quality paint. Sam checked on the status of the project continuously, both with his crew and with us. It has been a year since Sam and his team painted the outside of our house and the paint job still looks like new. I highly recommend Unique Coatings and Construction.

Sam and his team did a great job and always cleaned after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail really showed the pride they take in their work. Excellent job. I would highly recommend Unique Coatings and Construction to everyone! Thanks Sam!

Came on time and were done as promised. Workers were friendly and polite.

Great people to work no complaints about anything. Got everything done in a timely matter for our move in.

Sam Coffey and his team at Unique Coatings beautifully restored our home in Fullerton, into the dream home we always wanted. Quality professionals, flexible time frames and a fair price. No detail was missed from paint to the patio wood work. Excellent job. Highly recommendable.

Work delivered on scope, on time and on budget.

I hired Sam's company to paint most of the rooms in our house. Sam and his painters were reliable, on time, polite, and courteous. We are very happy with the work they did. The painters showed up every day on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I recommend this company for painting.

Liked Sam from the beginning. Interviewed two others, but had the best feeling from Sam. We remodeled a bathroom in our rental in Long Beach. Sam and his team were willing to work with out tenants work schedules. They were very conscientious in covering up tenants belongings as well as the wood flooring. Sam kept us updated on progress of job and informed us as to what we needed to buy to keep job on schedule. Sam's tile person did an excellent job on the floor and tile surrounding tub. The painting job was excellent as well. Overall, we could not be happier with the work and choice of Unique Coatings and Construction.

All workers helpful and polite.

Amazing team that really went above and beyond to complete a beautiful exterior paint job super quick.

I was impressed with Sam's presentation the first time he came to our home. I felt reassured and confident with his professionalism, knowledge and competency. During the six weeks Sam worked to remodel our kitchen, I felt increasingly trusting of his skills. His staff likewise, were friendly, courteous, responsible and skilled. I really appreciated having a day by day itinerary of what to expect, as well as full awareness of our costs at the point of contract-signing and throughout the project's evolution. Sam checked-in daily to assess whether all work was to our satisfaction, and was helpful and encouraging with the selections we made during the kitchen remodel. The company adhered to a tight schedule without missteps. I also had our ceilings refinished in two rooms, new lighting installed, stair-railing refinished, a front door set stained and installed, a bathroom painted with plumbing repairs done and the installation of a toilet. With each completed project, new work was requested due to the fine results we experienced. We would welcome Unique Coatings and Construction back into our home for additional work without question.

On Time and On Budget. What else can you ask for ? Crew was very friendly and professional and left the job clean every night. My wife works nights/sleeps during the day so our request to be as quiet as possible was achieved. They also did some other special tasks that were not part of the quote at no charge. Highly recommend.
