We now have a beautiful deck! We are very happy with the work and would definitely use Unique Construction again.

Multi phase improvements. Install metal roof, paint all exterior walls, replace gutters, downspouts & shutters. Remodel bathroom, tile walls, refigure closet, remove tub, Install jacuzzi, plumbing & new ceiling heat-vent. Refinish oak floor in bedroom. Remodel master bath, remove everything, install steam shower, new wash basin, commode, tile floor & walls. Build Finnish sauna next to bathroom. Remodel kitchen, tile floors, countertop, rebuild cabinets. Work is still in progress. Very pleased, all phases of construction clearly explained, no surprises, clean & neat workers, no messes left. Clearly they know what they are doing and do it well.

I have never had the pleasure of working with such 2 decadicated people. They do what they say they will do. They come in and start right to work and do an excellaant job. Thaey are extremely skilled. I started to have them do only hard wood floors in 4 rooms. However upon discovering they had the skill and training to do much more, they will be replacing some doors, enlarging some door ways, They installed my dish washer,and ice maker and did the plumbing for my kitchen sink. Every thing has been done with the higest level of skill and at a price I felt was fair. They will be instaalling my kitchen cabinets and counter tops .

Unique construction called quickly, came in a timely manner, worked, quietly, cleanly & professionally. Their work was very thorough & they were kind enough to allow me to add on extra small jobs on top of the larger body of work initially contracted. I was comfortable with them in my home while there and when away. The required work was finished on schedule. Extra costs were presented before the work was begun & there was a good bit as they uncovered more water damage than anticipated. Owner, Gary Bellamy was honest, and again, very professional. He was assisted by Earl who was skilled and personable, not imtrusive. Rates were reasonable
