Deck or Porch Repair
Although they were quick to bid the job and showed up perfectly on time on the day they said they would, my experience with this company went downhill from there. At the end of the day I noticed that they'd missed the most important piece of the project, and the part that I originally called them for. I was told that they'd be back first thing the next morning to fix it. They did not come back. After daily "where are you?" calls, I was finally told it would cost me extra money to fix the problem they missed that was part of the original bid. I learned to check closer before paying...

Dan and partner finished platform and steps in an afternoon. They returned several days later after recovering from flu, to finish steps in another location. Very pleasant to work with and reasonably priced.

They were quick and smart. They provided experience and knowledge to make my project better than I had planned on. They showed up on time, were very careful with my tile roof, were polite, and cleaned up. I will use them again when I redo my railing on my staircase.

Quick to respond but a little late to come out and do the work. They were not particularly careful of the plants I have around the tree. All in all, they did a nice job and I would recommend them.

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
The fence repair was wonderful. However the deck was a bit of a problem. While using the large sander, they accidently overcharged my electrical circuit and it took out my air conditioner and furnace. They took responsibility for the mishap and immediately hired a heating/air conditioning expert who repared my unit, but it took two days. It took 4 days to have the deck sealed, first due to the fact I didn't like the stain they had choosen and then because they did not come early in the day and it rained just enough in the afternoons to prevent them from sealing the deck. The owner is hard to contact and has not yet come to get the payment.
