They talk about doing things and then things change. They installed dying plants and didn't retain mulch, which ran into our pool. They were going to fix it but kissed us off.

From the start there were issues concerning the steps not being the width I had discussed with them. After the sealer was applied there were bubbles over the whole project that resulted in them having to apply a solvent to re-melt the finish. Bubbed areas are still visible. I have concerns there was insufficient gravel base put down beneath the slab. Other than some cuts made with a circular saw after the pour, there are no expansion joints at the foundation or around the steps. Our relatively new asphalt drive was damaged by one of the employees with a tractor. They had an employee put some crack sealer caulk on the area leaving it obvious. I've got the feeling that they haven't done many jobs and are relying on subcontractors to do the concrete. Time will tell but I suspect we will have issues in the future.

They are quick, courteous, thorough, and clean up after themselves. You will need to water your plants, after they leave, though. :-)

Great customer service and great concrete work completed. I needed an additional sidewalk laid beside my current one at the front of my house for an electric wheelchair ramp. I am very pleased with this contractor and will use them again in the future. Although this was a small job, they worked with me to get it completed promptly.

very prompt response and accomplished the job promised quickly in the time that they said they would. Incredible that this is so hard to find nowadays but these folks are great!
