David was phenomenal to work with in our quest to get our hardwood floors refinished. I appreciated David being on time and returning phone calls--something that does not happen in this day and age. David says what he means and does what he says--another positive attribute. The finished product was awesome. We like our floors more now than when we first installed them. The next time that our carpet wears out, we will be replacing the carpet with hardwood flooring AND Unique Hardwood Floors is where we will be taking our business. David was AWESOME!!!

We had just purchased a home and decided to replace carpeting w/ laminate flooring. David Wood came out for an estimate and brought several samples, one of which we really liked. We had a deadline to be out of our rented house so time was a definite factor. David got the flooring ordered and personally delivered the product. He brought 6 guys out to the house the day before we were scheduled to move in to get it done. The finished product looks great, exactly what we were looking for. Id recommend these guys to anybody. The sense of urgency and professionalism were very impressive

This company is actually called Authentic Hardwood Floors, http://www.authentichardwoodkc.com/ - I can tell this is the right company by the phone contact. I was contacted by one of the owners, David Wood, through the MyHomeAdvisor project. We couldn't not be happier with the project outcome and the customer service throughout the project. David and his team are down-to-earth experts at what they do, a refreshing experience when asking questions about the floors, service, and care. It is no wonder that for years they have worked almost entirely on projects via word-of-mouth.
