He was professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer all my questions. The project was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of work is just amazing. The cabinets are stunning, and the design flows beautifully with the rest of the house. The crew was respectful and kept everything clean during the entire process. In late 2020, my husband and I hired Unique Home Design and could not have made a better choice. Our project included the remodeling of two bathrooms and some additional electrical and lighting upgrades. We considered over half a dozen companies for this job, but decided to go with Unique because of their superb customer service, even though their bid was somewhat high. We had a very positive experience. Our project manager Steve was on top of the work at all times: he visited often and effectively coordinated teams, resources and inspections. Everybody who worked on site was punctual and professional. Communication with everyone involved was via text which was quick and effective. Diegoâ s team worked fast and efficiently. Every aspect of the work was completed on time and to our satisfaction. Throughout the length of the project, Steve and Diego diligently addressed all our concerns. Every issue that arose was quickly solved, thanks to Diegoâ s creativity and immense experience. We were especially impressed with Diegoâ s and Ruebenâ s craftsmanship and attention to details. As a result, both bathrooms turned out stylish, beautiful, and very comfortable. Also worth noting is that the team made an effort to protect our floors and furniture and to minimize dust in the house during construction by using tarps and walls of plastic and cleaning up diligently at the end of each day. We are very happy with the outcome and glad that we chose Unique Home Design for the job. We would definitely recommend Unique to any homeowner who cares about quality of the final result.

We hired Unique Home Design & Remodeling for a landscape design. The design was just as we wanted, the price was more than fair and it was delivered on time. Very professional company, easy to work with it and very trustworthy. Highly recommended!

Unique Home Design & Remodeling were hired to demolish and rebuild our master bathroom. The remodeling included everything such as the: bathtub, large shower, 2 sinks, custom size vanity, toilet, several mirrors, new lighting fixtures including LED lights, heater and fan inside the ceiling, new paint, new tiles on half walls all around and new marble floor. This whole remodeling project took them 3 weeks and Steve who handled everything, made sure to keep it at the same price that was agreed before we approved the work. Their price was significantly lower than the other 3 estimates that we got from other local contractors. The installers and sub-contractors came to work on time and they worked (Monday thru Friday), respectful, well-mannered, careful and qualified. We will hire them for their services again without any question or doubts. They also made sure to cover all the floor near the working area and carpets to prevent any damage to the house. They also blocked off with plastic sheets the nearby bedrooms in the house, such as the living room and dining room.

We hired Steve at Unique Home Design & Remodeling to renovate our master bathroom, master bathroom and the patio outside the master bedroom. Steve was very professional, skilled, on time and knowledgeable about each stage of the work including all the planning and design. Steve always was able to provide useful suggestions where we needed them and his suggestions were excellent and helped us when we needed to decide when there were multiple selections. Before we hired Steve, we met many other contractors and home improvement companies who could do a great job or their ideas selection were very low or even none. Unique Home Design & Remodeling was by far a seamless mixture of this two. Their work process and final product delivery was more than what we expected to get and our recommendation is that if you are looking for someone professional to finish any remodeling job or to design a complete project in a timely manner then Unique Home Design & Remodeling and mainly Steve is the right company for you!

We Hired Shai from Unique Home Design & Remodeling to remodel the master bathroom in our investment house in redwood city which included basically everything from plumbing to tiles and shower. We will have lots of family members visiting our house this coming thanksgiving so we were under certain pressure with involved stress too as far as when to do this project. Regardless to the holiday, we did some phone calls to contractors based on a research and we met with several of them. It was shocking to see and know how most of them tried to push their schedule in order to accommodate our unusual circumstances and to just sell their product. Shai heard our thoughts and he understood our concerns which gave us the confidant needed in him and his team which leads us to decide and to go for it. The crew of workers were able to finish the remodeling in little bit over than a month and they did a great job. The new master bathroom looks much better that what we thought it will be. We honestly had a perfect process with them which bring us to the point where we cannot write enough about this company and their entire crew. The main factor that really make them better than others was the service and great care for their customers. We now have the perfect bathroom.
