Alex and his team did a reasonable job of clearing snow after a big storm, but they left a lot of driveway gravel banked up on the grass and also scuffed up our back patio with their shovels. We talked to Alex about coming out to address these issues, but he never responded to our repeated requests to schedule a time. Disappointed given the other reviews.

Josh showed up on time, very friendly and professional. Work was done to my satisfaction. which was a snow removal job. Will surely hire them for future projects.

What a nice experience. I was able to arrange for the snow removal the same day; Alex called ahead to let us know they were on the way; and they even came earlier than originally projected! And the two-person crew had the equipment needed to do the snow clearing, which was done professionally and in an appropriate amount of time at a reasonable cost. Totally satisfied both crew and service.

Alex was immediately responsive to my request for assistance and quote. Said he would check availability of his guys and get back to me in 10-15 minutes. He called back within the time frame, stating they were available and provided a time frame. It was a very busy time for snow plowing/shoveling, bit his guys were there on time. They did a great job, above and beyond, in my opinion, considering what they had to deal with.. Including exhaustion. Highly recommend and will use Alex and his team again. Thanks.

Unique was a great value for the money, They exceeded my expectations and they were very customer friendly. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
