Turned my furnace on, and cold air blew! Looked here on Home Advisor for a top rated pro, and called Unique. They were here within 2 days (it was not that cold out, so it was not urgent). Joe was thorough in is investigation and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing, so I understood. He did not have the part to fix it right then, so they had to order it and come back. He and Rico came back for the repair and both were very nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident with their work, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I feel the price is a little high, but they warranty their work and seem to have very skilled workers, so I think it is worth the peace of mind. Also, all the office staff on the phone were great to deal with as well.

Fantastic work. We have an older 1940's home and were concerned about the task of installing new duct work. The price was very reasonable, the work and cleanup was excellent, and everyone we had dealt with through the process was very kind and professional. Top notch service all around. Would hire again.

Mike, Tony, and Brian were among the most accommodating service professionals that I've ever hired, and I'm a die-hard do-it-yourselfer. It takes an outstanding professional to get me to put down my tool belt and let someone else take over. The installation team was clean, courteous, and did things exactly as we requested. The preliminary planning session was very helpful and put both my mind and my wife's mind at ease with our significant expenditure.

The technician was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem, suggested the part that needed to be replaced, ordered the part and upon my request he returned to complete the job. The heater has been working fine. I will also request this technician for my air conditioning concerns. Thank you Unique!

The two men who did the install were the best workmen I have ever had at my house. Quiet, polite, smart, and SO knowledgeable.! Give them a raise! I had to go out while they were working and trusted them completely in my house! And the left my house cleaner than they found it!

Unique was suggested by Home Advisor, and by friends that had previously used them to install heating and cooling and were deeply satisfied. Unique was prompt in providing both estimate and installation of the new boiler in less than a day. The crew was courteous and professional. I believe I have a system I can be confident in for next cold season and many more to come. I chose them from 4 estimates and significant internet research. Theirs was not the lowest but the system they suggested aligned best with what my own research showed was needed. They did an outstanding job on service.

During recent heat wave, company provided portable units that were timely and essential for our needs. Their sales representative went well beyond the call of duty to ensure satisfaction, and the work performed was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company and specifically their representative Ben Merkman for quality service.

Unique indoor comfort responded quickly to my request for service and told me what it would cost before we scheduled the appointment. The tech (Jeff) was very professional and courteous. I had alot of questions which he answered and left me with peace of mind in reguards to my old oil boiler.

We are extremely pleased that we chose Unique. We had a bad experience with another company and having a new central air unit put in, so we were more than a little nervous about this purchase. However, these guys were awesome!! Very knowledgeable, very "into" what they do. On top of that, just very nice guys. They ran into some issues with our 3 zone heating and took care of it without charge- even though it was not in the original estimate. We are so very happy that we went with Unique!
