Job took WAY longer than quoted, despite 2011 was a rainy spring which contributed to some delays (the 3 weeks the job took the owner did 95% of the work by himself due to company issues which were never conveyed to us until the job was finished). Horrible grass seed was used, entire lawn looks like crabgrass. Discreptencies w/ a company he used to deliver mulch; I had to call to complain regarding delivery placement of the mulch (1/4 ended up in a water filled ditch) when I felt that was something the contractor should have handled. Poor communication regarding daily start times. Landscaping plants were very good quality & looked great.

"This is a project that was done almost 2 years ago now. The customer fails to mention that the quote was a lump sum contract; the customer wasn�t billed for any delays. Rain caused a drainage project to be delayed 1 week. We are not responsible nor felt it was necessary to complain to a local supplier about a small amount of mulch falling into the ditch, they dumped the mulch in a manner to keep the driveway clear, your crabgrass issues is due to the field directly behind the house along with the neighbors not taking care of there yards. When asked to replace a bush that died we did and no crabgrass was seen and no complaints from client."

Marc at Uniqe pay's attention to detail and does'nt rush into everything head strong.The only reason I did'nt give 4 stars in Quality is because of shortage of rain which really is not a knock on Unique.I will be hireing Uniqe in the future again.

Marc was very professional and did an excellent job in re-doing my front and side yard with topsoil and mulch as well as trimming my trees. He also provided excellent pricing as well as thorough clean-up at the end of the job. I will only contact Unique Landscape Construction for any future work that needs to be complete.

The work was on time, as specified, and on budget. Mark handled several very difficult situations(ie a difficult neighbor) with aplomb beyond his years. We liked the people,we liked the company and we are very pleased with the work
