Unique Perspective did an outstanding experience from start to finish. Steve helped bring our vision to life by creating the architectural plans and as-built drawings for our home, and his expertise truly made the entire process seamless. His attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge were exceptional. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and transformed our ideas into beautifully organized, well-designed plans. We were incredibly impressed with his communication, creativity, and ability to make everything feel simple and stress-free. Steven Flores of Unique Perspective Kitchens lacks all honesty and character! He was referred to my 83 old mother, who I helped guide as her POA. He rushed my mother into wiring him $115,000, above his $3700 design fee, and we decided to fire him due to lack of transparency and mistrust. Boy were we right! 4 days before we fired him my mother told him no work was to continue until there was a written contract for both to sign to her satisfaction. I then text him to say I want to talk to him, which he knows is not good, and instead 2 hrs later he places a cabinet order for a design we had not approved. Cabinet cost was probably $70K. When we fired him, he did not offer to cancel the order, nor to settle, and instead said it was ?non-refundable?. He said I?m not giving you anything, see you in court. And he took 0 accountability for major measurement errors. He said ?it?s not my fault your mother is losing her brains? and LAUGHED, then called me a ?pr_ ck?. Who is the pr_ck?

I very much appreciated the attention to detail and Stevens can do attitude. The project to remodel a bedroom closet into a mini laundry area and linen closet has changed my life for the better!

Constructed a large built in bookshelf for us. It looks absolutely fantastic. The work was high quality- and was done very quickly. Would definitely call back for future projects of this type.

Punctual and professional. Very nice. One complaint: he was tossing the wood baseboards and his tools on our hardwood floors. No major damage but there were multiple dents left on the floor.

Steve is very nice and the work was sufficient but I would often wonder where he was or when he would be showing up again even when he said he would be working that day. We have incurred additional plumbing cost due to his failure to properly vent the sink drain.

Steve is AMAZING. We were in a dilemma with a critical time frame. We are in NY and had a customer install site in Aurora, CO. An online search was done and Service Magic gave us 4 professionals matched to our needs. We needed 4 large commercial workstations built, delivered and installed in less than 1 week. Steven is exceptional. He responded within 1/2 hour of my request and was able to come to my house and provide an estimate the same day. He assessed the problem with my cabinets and estimated the work with a quite reasonable price. He was able to squeeze in my repairs the very next day! I was quite pleased and when the work was complete, I was very happy because he went beyond the estimated work and adjusted all of the cabinet doors as well as fixed a floor molding that was loose. Amazing. I would recommend Steven to anyone. He is so eager to please and his work was great. I am very thankful that he was provided to me as a pro from Service Magic. Thank-you Steven!
