The lady coming to clean up the window was very diligent and did a good job, it took longer than expected and I decided to stop the work before it was fully finished, she was 1.5 h behind the schedule. In general I am please with how my windows look this morning and it definitely worth the money . I may hire them again in the future.

Appreciated them coming out on a Sunday to clean the windows of our home and gave them a $50 tip for doing it. I wish I had looked at all the windows beforehand. About 1/3 of all the windows are smeared with dried cleaner and my wife and I are having to re-do them. Contacted the owner about it (Allena) and got no reply or apology. Lastly, they came out without the necessary ladders and equipment to clean a home as big as ours.

She came and cleaned what she had time for, which was a huge relief to me. I had tried to hire assistance through 2 other companies, but each had done no call/no show. I still have not received information from those other companies. So, I am thankful for the timely help from someone who cared about doing a great job.
