Do not use Unique Repair Services Do not use this company. All 3rd party bs. Samsung had them out to fix a problem on my dishwasher, paid $300 fyi. They didn't fix the problem, kid broke the water part in my dish washer and said that's the new problem. Didn't fix my dishwasher at all then want to charge more money. Then service guy didn't even push or reinstall the dishwasher its sticking out 6inches and I can't open my cabinets next to the dishwasher. DO DONT use this company. You ask for a manager they tell you to call Samsung. I asked for your manager, you didn't fix it and broke my washer. Why would I call Samsung. They will not take responsibility. They came out to fix my ice maker last fall. While doing that he broke the tablet and dented my black stainless door. I will admit the came back and replaced it and the door but all these guys do is take your money and break things and try to get more money out of you. I will be fine reports with Michigan, Lara, attorney general, bbb and Samsung. I will be sharing this review on everything site also till they take responsibility. Oh I have cameras In my house. The kid says I moved this and broke it. He also says there is no cost for us to come back to fix it. But now they won't and its $500 more. They lie and lie. Look at Facebook google yelp all bad reviews and same problems I got with them.

They are very easy to communicate with, they are very passionate about getting it right, they are very organized, and they have very well trained technicians.
