I was having my bi-annual service check up on my AC unit before the summer heat to ensure my unit was operating efficiently. My Tech: Ace Chism, is personable, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. He has been here before as well. Most of the techs have been great. The office, however, seems to have some issues keeping their records properly updated, and have had scheduling issues between the call center and dispatch not communicating effectively with each other. This left me waiting all day for a four hour window for service and no one showed up, so I had to be rescheduled for a different day. That’s why I gave a rating of 4 out of 5.

Unique installed a new HVAC system in February and it's been running like a champ. This was time for our biyearly maintenance. Our service tech was Felix and he was informative, helpful, and very courteous. Everything checked out (there was a minor problem that he repaired; no charge). Felix was FANTASTIC!

Yes. Very happy finally a technician with enough experience to figure out the problem. Been through several techs that just walked away telling me I had a dead lizard in my pipes and all needed replacing. Funny this gentleman fixed it with chemicals and smart thinking.
