Elan and the Autom8 team have been amazing to work with. They were honest, trustworthy and respectful of our home. They were extremely knowledgeable about the Lutron options and helped us work through the right thing for us. We started by having them help us with our new Lutron Palladiom solar shades which they did flawlessly. When there was an issue with one, they promptly came out, inspected it and followed up with Lutron to get a replacement shade. Elan later helped us with bringing all of our lighting controls onto the Lutron RA3 systems, coordinating with the contractors on what was needed and providing plans to ensure a seamless installation. Throughout the process the team has been accommodating and responsive. From all of the work done on our apartment, we are the most pleased with the Lutron Automation work done by Elan and his team. Having worked with designers, contractors, and other trade services - I can say I will not do anything in NYC without consulting Elan and using his contacts.

Called when on the way, showed up on time, courteous, polite and efficient. Don’t find this often these days. The installers Brian and Denis seemed to really know their stuff and they explained things clearly. Still need to do most of the work but the experience of the evaluation and the initial work was 100% positive. They also came on pretty short notice so thank you!

The ultimate professionals. These guys really know their stuff. Elan is a genius. So is Brian. They figured out how to make my existing Lutron shades work with various innovative solutions. Also was willing to think outside the box to make the project more affordable.
