I had hired them after talking to few companies. I had told them about other quotes I got. I wanted my home's air duct and furnace cleaning. I had talked to them over the phone and told them this is what other companies are offering in terms of service. I even read the checklist from other company for furnace cleaning to the lady on the phone. And she said yes they will do the same for quoted price. On the day of service, the guy showed up and said that it only includes basic furnace cleaning not everything from the checklist. Then I asked for dryer vent cleaning which other companies were doing with the quoted price. And the guy said it is not included as well. I said that's not what we agreed on the phone and tried to call the customer service but it was 5 PM already and they were closed. I told the guy that I'm not going to pay you in full but he said it is not fair. He was just doing his job, whatever he was told to. He said talk to the customer service in the morning and I'll be happy to come back and do the dryer vent cleaning. So I paid him in full. Next day I called them and spoke to the same lady. Initially she didn't understand (or kept saying no that was not included) but I told her that's not what we had agreed upon. After talking for few minutes without any conclusion, she said she will call me back after talking to her manager. Then I didn't receive any call for couple of days and I called back. She said ok we will do it for another $25, in total it was the same figure which I got from other company. So I agreed and scheduled the appointment. I also told her that I'm hearing some noise when furnace shuts off which I haven't noticed before. She said the guy will take a look at that too. Same guy showed up and I told him to take a look at the furnace why is it making that noise. He just looked around the furnace, waited for it to shut off and said it is normal. It is coming from the blower motor slowing down to stop. I'm new to all this (first time home owner) so I have to trust him. Overall, my experience was not that pleasant but at the end it wasn't that bad either. I just have to make few calls and paid the same amount which I was quoted from other company though I had hired UNAICO because I thought they are little cheaper than the others with similar services but they are the same. I'm not sure if I'll recommend them to anyone else or will hire them again.

Our Furnace was full of dust from construction in the basement. It was a nightmare to clean and I wanted to be sure that the dust hadn't damaged it. Oleg gave me his estimate, came out on time he said he would and charged me exactly what he said. Not surprisingly he did a great job! I've since called him back and he's installed a whole house humidifier and once again excellent work. I'd recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services.
