Replaced all the old builder grade windows with Anlin vinyl windows. The install crew was professional, respectful, and friendly. Replaced 12 windows in just over 4 hours. They were very careful working around the house and the install was very neat and clean. The windows look great inside and out.

Rick is great. Installed about 11 new windows and a sliding door on my house. Everyone who visits complimented on the fine windows that were installed. They are a top company and when I purchase a rental home next year I will call Rick to install all new windows for me. 5 stars!!!

We had two sliding doors ordered and a date set for installation; but we suddenly had to postpone the job due to the COVID-19 virus. We are Canadian and we suddenly had to return to Canada for health insurance and other reasons. The sliding doors are built and sitting in the United Builders warehouse. We will have them installed whenever we go back to our winter home. We are looking forward to concluding the job and using our new sliding doors sometime in the future. United Builders have been great so far and respected our decision to postpone the installation.

I loved the attention to detail....Leonard and his crew of installers did a beautiful job...Leonard even went to Home Depot to get exactly the trim pieces he wanted to trim my sliding doors ....we are so happy with our Anlin windows....everyone from the salesman, Rick, to the installers were absolutely wonderful !!

I was extremely disappointed in the workers work ethic. They did not cover the windows with a tarp before breaking them. Therefore there was shards of glass in every room of my house. It was in my kitchen, all over my dogs bed in the laundry room, in my bedroom -- far from the windows, and even in my bathtub. This was AFTER they supposedly cleaned up. The worst was all of the glass shards outside where the dogs walk and lay. The workers were unconcerned about the situation as it took place. I spent 3 days sweeping, vaccuuming, and mopping the floor trying to get all of the glass up. My husband and I worked endlessly to try to get the glass out of the dirt and rocked area where the dogs live, but we constantly find more shards. I wished I had video taped them working and taken photos. One worker said he'd been doing this for 25 years. I can;t believe he'd still have a job after doing this to one homeowner. Although the windows are nice, the installation was truly a nightmare. I would hate to have any other homeowner go through what we have.
