We hired this company to perform 3 jobs, we added a 4th. The initial deposit was LATE APRIL 2024. The work is still not complete. They were contracted to install insulated backed siding ( which the deposit paid for ), they showed up 16 OCT to install the siding. Knowing the substandard work that has been performed up to this point, I decided to check the siding - it was NOT insulated backed siding, in fact the MFG/Retailer that sells the product says it is not offered with an insulated backing - that would have required a different product entirely. The communication is terrible. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT dealing with this company under any circumstances.

I would never hire this unscrupulous contractor again. This person lied and said that the demolition was completed, and he sent photos that did not show what he did not complete it knowingly. I found out, 4 months later, that he left debris from the demolition and concrete, when I approached him he said there was an accident where the container was ripped and the debris fell over. He had no conscience on charging me 5% more for the job than was agreed. I am an out-of-state investor, and I suggest as a buyer, beware and do not give him your credit card as you will come out losing and, yes, if he cheated you then I suggest that you go to the Ohio State Attorney General so that he does not rip off other consumers. Home Advisors should not endorse this business as they are encouraging wrongful and unethical actions.

Very honest, great value, showed up on time and completely replaced roof in 1 day, as promised. Highly recommended! I will hire again for any other projects needing done.

Small structure, kennel, and concrete foundation removed. Time between request and service was fast.

Going into this project I was immediately satisfied with the openness and details that the owner disclosed. I got a little aggravated after what I thought I understood to be the start and completion date for no other reason than the cooperation of the weather and my insensitivity of the delay that would potentially delay my mom's project. Overall, United was able to start and complete the project on the day originally planned well under the anticipated 9 hours that was quoted. My mom was pleased with the project and as long as she is happy, I am happy too.

they did the work pretty much in one day. Had to pay $200 more than the estimate.

Jake, our project coordinator was quick to respond to any questions. He will communicate with you through your preferred communication; text, talk, or email. He was able to give a quote quickly with no hassle. He sent us a service plan and followed it. There was a lot of rain the week of our work. Jake made sure to plan with the weather and he had acontingency plans. The work was fully completed in a day. They left my yard clean and my roof looks great. excellent did great job, plus clean up

I had Jacob Freels do roof work for me many years ago. I did not have any problems. I am price conscious, and if I were to look for new roof work and his bid was within my budget, I would hire him again.
