Stone Restoration & Polishing
Company was on time to perform the job. They did an excellent job given the poor condition the tile was in. The job was supposed to take only a few hours, but the company made an extra effort to stay extra hours to ensure the job was done right.

I would highly recommend!! I looked cleaning services on-line & before I even signed off, the phone was ringing. I had some house guests coming & I needed to have the carpets cleaned before they came. Shawn was able to fit me in the following day!Both technicians were very friendly & courteous - great guys! I walk with a walker & I am forever spilling -- many a meal ends up on the floor!! We also had some very!! bad animal stains. I considered the carpet disgusting so my expectations were very low. However, they were able to remove or minimalize all the stains (even the bad pet stains!) & the carpet came out great! I will use them again!

they were extremely professional and did a fabulous job... they also will kill deadly spiders in order to save innocent women. pets and children.

"You are very funny Dr.K! What the Dr. is talking about is that our Tech killed a Black Widow spider that was in the bathroom unrelated to the work done. What Dr. K forgot to mention was taht she ran out or gas before job we picked her up and dopped her back off took her to get gas making sure she and her animals were safe to make it home."

They were prompt to come to my home. There was a lack of communication between the owner and the installer about what I needed to have done. The installer then said he could do it but it took two days and he broke 3 ceramic tiles and did not offer to replace. He also took the box with the tile serial number on it and has not returned it. I called and asked him to return it but he has not done so and did not reply to my voicemail. The estimate was not handled professionally.

"Clients carpets could not be restrected. our Tech reccomended laying tile the length of the slider.Client wanted master slider to match. Tile after being laid must dry overnight and grouted next day.Tiles were not broken in the manner as it sounds. Intricate Specialty cuts were made while laying tile that utilized 3 tiles. Very common for tile setters! Only 3. Seriel # was pealed of box so we could match tiles but discont.Box was not taken.Unreturned calls were made to techs personal cell phone who was unfortunately hopitalized for 2 wks shortly after job completed. Customer never called the office! Customer was very happy with job! Cost $275"

David the tech did an excellent job. He was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. He did such a good job stretching and repairing the carpet that I asked him to clean the carpet too. I am completely satisfied and do not have a problem recommending United and will use them again when the need arrises.
