Dog peed on couch and it got out most of the smell. Maybe use viniger to get it all out. Just a thought.

Nice Don explained all he did and advised if we spend more time here that we should consider doing it more often as it has a elbow in vent not a straight shot to out side

Reliable!! These days it is hard to find someone to show up. They showed up professional and did an amazing job on the carpet and floors.

Boy where to start...The main machine in his vehicle was not working so he had to use a portable one which was very disappointing because everyone knows portable units do not do as good of a job as stationary ones, if they did they would be the primary machines not back up as they are much cheaper to buy. They also took my carpet to deep clean service and Scotchgard and said it would be 7-10 business days, today has been the 16th day since he took my carpet, and now he is unreachable by the number on his card. The technician also put a deep scratch in the glass of my $1,000+ storm door that I did not realize was there until after he had left and I went to clean the mess on the glass he left for me. Home Advisor has reached out to the business on my behalf and the business has agreed to work with me to resolve the issue but that was almost two weeks ago and I have heard nothing from there so far. We will see.
