My external AC unit was stolen by copper thieves. United Comfort Systems did the job at a very resonable price. This is rental property and the tenant called a day later to say the AC was not working. United Comfort Systems went back out to look into the problem (they didn't believe anything was worng) and found that the tenant was setting the temperature to 68 degees in 95 degree temperatures. They instructed her in the proper operation of the AC unit, and there have been no further problems. They did this extra visit free of charge.

I am very satisfied with the level of service United Comfort Systems provided. I thought I was going to have a very pricey repair bill but the UCS tech figured out that a very minor part burt out on my system and needed replacing. My AC was back up and running 35 minutes after the Adam, the UCS servicer, arrived at my house. The total cost was $25 less than the cost of what one of the competitors charge for just coming out to look at the system. I will call UCS again if I have future AC issues.

We had a whole mess of problems with our duct work and heating/cooling system and United took care of everything for us and at a price that couldn't be beat. We've ended up using them for several different projects and will remain loyal to them from this point on. What was most impressive was that they took the time to listen to us and when they did the job, they did it right.

United Comfort System did a great job in communicating with me and my mother on fixing her furnace. My mother is hard-of-hearing and can't us a phone so they contacted me so I would know what was going on. They had great value. One company I called charged $89 just to come out and look at the furnance. My mother was charged just over $50 to have the job completed. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you.
