I had a kitchen renovation done, replaced cabinet new plumbing, molding and paint. The job was completed withing my budget and deadline, now I definitely have my dream kitchen and I am happy that I chose united concept!!! Thank you Mo and staff, job well done !!!

United Concept LLC, did a complete demolition, removal and reconstruct an entire bathroom including bath tub, toilet, floor, sink. Painting and tiling included. Excellent work ethics, timely completion, appropriate communication to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction.

I had one project that I knew I could not take care of myself. My ceiling in my kitchen caved during Hurricane Sandy. My ceiling fan dropped out of the ceiling. United Concepts did a fantastic job and painted the entire ceiling as well. Since I was hiring, I figured I'd get a few other things that I could take care of myself, but can never find the time. United Concepts completed them all and I give a rave review. Snaked a very difficult bathroom sink, repaired the roof vent fan in my attic, replaced my kitchen faucet. The repair and replacement of the sheetrock for my kitchen ceiling was the best part. They did such a great job and installed the correct bracket so that my new ceiling fan will be more stable. They did everything I asked for and even more. I would definitely go back to Mo at United Concepts for my next projects. Absolutely neat, efficient, professional and trustworthy. I had to ask that they do the work while I was at my job. I'd do that again with this crew without hesitation. Thanks United Concepts!!

Workers were professional and courteous. Issue was that they said they would come back the next day to finish the job of installing a storm door and to repaint the wall by the mounted TV where an honest mistake was made. That was TWO WEEKS ago and no one has come back. If they would just return my wife's texts and come back and finish the job, I would be happy to change the review based on the quality of the job performed

"We worked for the homeowner and , yes agree to do install storm door and paint patch on wall, but when available to go to do the work homeowner said only available time during the week is after 4:30pm, that time was difficult for United Concept so we try to create time on the weekend, the Saturday when we are available the homeowner said they having a block party and no vehicles are allowed to enter the street. I then reach out to homeowner, homeowner said service not needed. My apologies to homeowner. Timing was off. Homeadvisor and BBB rule this matter consumer unfair but business professional and satisfactory"

United Concept workers are neat, efficient, considerate, and intelligent. They understood the projects, which involved painting, installing, and providing an estimate, and they proceeded with the work, including purchasing the correct items for painting and installing. The price was good for the time involved for 3 workers onsite.

Mo and his helper were very professional. I called and he came a few hours later. Completed the job and made sure the area was cleaned up. He wanted my approval to make sure they completed the job before he asked for payment. I will recommend them to my friends and certainly HomeAdvisor

We were very disappointed with this company. They clearly had not done this kind of work before. They had to measure everything over and over and still did not get the measurements right.. They did not cover our floors and furniture adequately. Make sure you get a DETAILED, precise contract before you hire these folks.

"I'm lost with this review the home owner love our work they even gave us additional work than the contract. I have over 40 pics of our work. We clean all floors and homeowner repeated said to leave floors because they will replace after we finish. Before we collect our final payment homeowner was extremely happy with our work. But I noticed Alcohol pay a major roll in their mood swing. They even ask us to give them an estimate on their 2nd floor I am lost I even call them to discuss but no answer."

Mo and his team did a wonderful job of painting the interior of my fathers house while he recuperated from an operation . In a short window of time they did an enormous amount of work at a very reasonable cost. They treated my fathers home as they would their own. Outstanding.

Wow can not say enough good things about my experience... from the time I called I had a quote within hours... they came the next day right on time... the painting was excellent....they cleaned up and put everything back exactly how it was.... and the work was high quality I would use them again without a doubt!!!!!

Mo and his crew are very nice people. Mo was quick to follow up and come to my house to estimate. That being said, I am very disappointed with this job. He was hired to sheetrock, tape, spackle and sand. There were many spots that were not spackled at all, many spots that were not sanded and more than one tape line that was bubbled and needed to be redone. I shared this with Mo and he showed up once to try and rectify the situation and told me he would be coming back to continue working to finish the job. He never came back. He and his crew left a mess. Spackle was dripped on furniture. Someone had used a mirror as a cutting board and ruined the finish on the mirror. I had several quotes to do this job and Mo was right in the middle price wise. I used this contractor because of the reviews I saw posted on this site, so I feel it necessary to share this poor review as well.
