John was our salesman and was very nice and always ready to help us with getting our roof done. The crew that came to do the roof did a excellent job. They did our roof in a day. Everything was cleaned up before they left. You would of never have known that we had a roof done except our roof looked wonderful. We would recommend this company to anyone that would need a roof. They are very professional from the salesman to the workers.

Do not use this company, as their professionalism is far below average. Their work had to be redone by them after the project manager checked it out after my complaint, and it took them several attempts to make it correct. Over and above, Kassie in accounting is very rude, and should not be allowed to talk to clients. I do not recommend them.

We got the roof done in September and everything was fine till beginning of March, but then there was storm and some of the shingles came off. They did a mediocre job and promised me that it will be taken care of but it's been 2 months and their customer service has been really bad. I even got the check from AAA for UCANDR but they want the money first and only then will repair the rooftop even though the rep had specifically mentioned that the roof will be handled under warranty, even with the outstanding balance due. This has been a mistake and please look somewhere else because they have not been responsive at all.

United Construction & Restoration were very helpful. Jonathon got job done in a timely manor. Excellent communication skills. They went above and beyond my expectations. Great job.

I selected this company because it had been previously used by USAA adjustors. I am a USAA member and therefore, hired them to perform the roofing and gutter work. A total team effort - roofers, gutters, and screen fitters. The roof-house color scheme is the best in the community.
