We hired United Exteriors after we had damage from a storm. Josh impressed us from the beginning. He came out himself and gave a fair estimate for a new roof and gutters. They gave us a date for 3 weeks out and actually came a day early. The United Exteriors crew was the hardest working bunch of guys I have seen in a while. They worked continuously through the day and got the job completely finished in one day! Josh came and did a walk through and talked to us to make sure that we were happy with the work. It looks beautiful and we highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend this company. We had to replace a very large roof. Josh and his crew were here first thing in the morning . They worked hard all day until 7:30 p.m. and as promised completed the entire project in the one day. Josh came back the next morning to walk the roof and make sure everything was good. He found a few small things that needed to be done and sent his guys back to complete. The clean up was great. They were very reliable and the price was reasonable. I really was very happy with everything.

We had a new roof installed a few years ago. A few months ago the roof started to leak along the pipe stack. I called United Exteriors after repeated attempts to contact the original installer with no results. Josh came over right away and agreed to do the job. He even honored the warranty that was under the original installers! He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend United Exteriors.

We have used United Exteriors for two different projects and are very pleased with the work. The estimates were detailed and even included pictures. The end results were exactly as promised. They are an amazing team. Flavio evaluated the skylight, gave a quote and ordered the parts- same day. The office was helpful in keeping us apprised of the timing and payment options. The crew that replaced the skylight were efficient and hard working and cleaned up. I would use them again!

Installed wrong color shingles. My roof was grey how hard was it to find a grey color shingles. Now i have a patch on my roof that is really visible.

Flavio, who performed the job was a great guy, but he was at least 30 percent overpriced. I offered him the job as I needed to get the roof repaired right away. The roof work was simple and any roofer would've done it. I would not hesitate using flavio but pricing considerations will be negotiated better.

Good company who does good work. Yes, I would use them again. Appreciated the crew who took time to clean up after themselves.

This was my first experience with UE and was a small repair job but UE (Mark/Lisseth) were professional, polite and good listeners. The job was completed ahead of schedule and seems to have resolved the issues (leaks) that were occurring. Communication throughout was good. I'd hire them again for sure.

They were very professional and the final cost was the estimate. The men who did the job were very accommodating. my only issue was -- I was told they would arrive between 8:30 and 9AM. When I called at 9:15, I was told they were called out on a job at 5:00 AM and they were on the way. They arrived shortly after 10AM. Still I would use them again.

Job was done on time, and without any problems. I've used United Exteriors since for a couple of other smaller things -- sometimes a bit on the expensive side, but no complaints.

Josh, Mark, and Lisseth were a pleasure to work with. Their crew performed every step laid out in the contract. The attention to detail was meticulous. We have had such a positive experience that we will call again for help with future projects. We highly recommend others do the same.

VERY impressed with their business ethics.They called me within 10 minutes after I completed the request with Servicemagic.I explained what I needed done,and they gave me an estimate over the phone.They were able to come that day and their workers showed up right on time(in fact 20 minutes early) :) The work was was good and done in a timely fashion.The next day Joshua even called us back to make sure we were satisfied and that everyting met with our approvad-I was impressed.

I had a skylight installed on 4/6/11 by Joshua Pendergraff of United Exteriors. I rate the overall experience as excellent. Joshua was courteous,knowledgable, punctual and professional. Also, the price was fair and reasonavble and the skylight looks beautiful. I would use this service again.

very poor customer service ,sent a contract i sent in a 50% depost, after 2 weeks of emails and phone calls all i got was a email the could not do the job and wood sent back my check. joshua pendergraft could not even call me back!!!

I was immediately contacted by united exterior after my skylights leaked into my living room. An expert came over promptly the next day and evaluated the situation. He took photos of the skylights and damage and explained the recommended course of action. As soon as possible, United Exteriors removed the old skylights and installed new ones. They fit perfectly. The unsightly stains from the leakage were caulked as well as the inside of the skylights. My room was protected by a tarp and the workmen vacuumed up the entire area at the conclusion of their work. United Exteriors was very professional, friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly

Josh and his entire organization was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Having dealt with contractors in the past, I have grown accustomed to half truths and empty promises. United Exteriors was the exact opposite of every bad experience I have ever had with home projects. Josh and his team were at all times professional and on time,and took my wife and I through each step of the project, and the topper was that his prices were very reasonable. If I could, I would have given Untied Exteriors 6 stars!
