I have a bamboo fence attached to wood posts. During one of the heavy wind storms that came through NE the post cracked and pulled down several other posts with it. UFC was prompt in providing the quote but did not follow-up to let me know when the replacement posts he needed would arrive. Luckily I was able to tie the fence temporarily to my neighbors chainlink to keep it from further damage. It was over a month before somebody called to tell me they were ready to do the job. The job they did was perfect -- cleanup not so good. That is, they left the cement pieces / stones / gravel they pulled up dispersed in my tree beds. Another not so good point -- they came and left without telling me. In summary, good actual work but not very attentive to the home owner.

The crew worked very efficiently and they made some adjustments required by some unusual slopes in my yard. The end product looks very professional.

The day before the fence installation, my wife and I went out for a couple hours after lunch to shop and do a few errands. As I was approaching my house, I instantly noticed that the old wood stockade fence was gone and the material for the new fence was neatly stacked next to my garage. We purchased the house 4 years ago so this was the first time I saw my yard without a fence. I joked with United Fence asking them who stole my old fence. It was if a Ninja fence crew waited for me to leave so they could swoop in to take away the old fence. LOL!!! The next day, a two man crew arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. The men were very hard working and friendly. If it were not for the gate and a couple holes they had to drill through concrete; the job would have been completed the first day. Before I decided to purchase the new fence I got three quotes. I found Untied Fence here and they were the fourth quote. United was 40 to 50% less than the other quotes. I asked if I could see a sample to the fence they sell. The owner stopped by my house and I was happy with what they offered. I am very happy with the quality and workmanship of the installation. I shudder to think that I almost paid up to 50% more for the same fence. I would not hesitate to recommend United Fence to anyone.

They are a busy business so being patient with the schedule is all you need to know - but the results are well worth the wait. I got 2 other estimates. One was more than a thousand more, while the was slightly less. Another company made me wait 6 weeks just for an appointment to get the estimate. United Fence came to give me an estimate the day after I called them. They showed up on time and put in a full day of work. The fence is beautiful, all done in one day. We decided an extra segment of fence was needed, which they accommodated without any trouble and little extra cost.

Outstanding job...I got the fence my wife dreamed of (6ft vinyl) at a cost I thought I never would be able to afford (I was originaly shooting to just replace the old 5ft wooden fence with wooden posts). They even itemized pricing sections of the fence (I have quite a lot of fence), in the event I could only afford to do some of the project. They were on time, and very clean, you would never known they had been there. I would highly recommend them to my family & friends.

Not completed at this time. But know from experience they will do a fine job. Would hire them again.

Currently we have agreed that United Fence will do the work but the work hasn't started yet To date however they have been on time for meetings and have given me what I believe is a very good estimate for the work to be done.

The quality of the product and instalation exceeded expectations.

There was a confusion on the start date byt when that was cleared up, they did a good job.
