These are pros - courteous, professional, and timely, several options explained by Lee and although the most expensive option was not selected the installers were terrific; and, Nicole and Samantha truly go above and beyond - very helpful, even after the installation of 2 new garage doors was done. They value their customers and do a great job.

Garage Door Repair
The owner Owen was not only professional, but truly concerned. He listened and educated me on my choices before ever securing my business. His team starting with Samantha calling me to schedule and dispatching right away a knowledgeable team to come and further go over the different options of converting my garage door to a spring system since the builders use galvanized cheep pulley in my five year home. Josh and his coworker for a fair price converted my garage door to a spring system with a 10 year warranty. Before leaving they showed me how how to maintain my door by further educating how to care of the spring and hinges every 6 months. Plus they honor the military and even gave a discount. Definitely recommend United Garage Door. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Garage Door Repair
I used their service for a rental property and I was told that there was a certain problem and that supposedly was fixed and the garage door was working. Less than a week afterwards, my tenant claimed that the same thing was wrong and then they went out again to take a look at it and this time they said it was just a sensor that was knocked awry. Makes you wonder whether the initial work really needed to be done...

My experience with this company has been great! Oren came out first to assess the damaged garage door and discuss my options with me. He was friendly and professional. The next day Samantha and Ben came out to get the measurements and install a temporary fix so the door was usable until the new one arrived. I was told that would take about 3 weeks, but Samantha worked some miracle and the door was ready in less than a week! Ben, Josh, and Jason came out on 2/11/20 to dismantle the old door and assemble/install the new door. All 3 of them were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their camaraderie really impressed me when they shared â tricksâ of the trade with each other and really seemed to enjoy their work. Nice job guys! A couple days later, they sent a painter out to paint the door so it matched the color of the house, as before. From start to finish this company has been an absolute joy to deal with! Working with Samantha was one of the best customer service experiences Iâ ve ever had. She felt more like a friend than a business manager, but always professional. I highly recommend United Garage Door.
