    I could not get my furnace to start, so I hired United Heating and Air Conditioning. They were able to get it started with no problem. I have no problems with the service they provided that day. While checking to make sure everything was working properly after starting the furnace, the technician informed me that my air conditioning was not working and that, once it got warmer, they would need to come back out to add freon. They asked me if I wanted to make the appointment for a month or so later and I said that I would call when I needed them to come back. I thought the air conditioner diagnosis was odd because it is only a year or two old. Well, hot weather has officially rolled around and the air conditioner is working 100% fine. Now, I am just left feeling that the company was trying to take advantage of me being a new homeowner and not knowing much about HVAC.
