We wanted to get our air conditioner set up for summer, it ended up that the compressor was out and Francisco and his partner fixed it and had the air conditioner running. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend United for your repairs. I believe we will have them come out to get the furnace ready for winter.

We were very impressed with Francisco our repairman, he and his tech(sorry I forgot his name) were prompt, knowledge and got our air-conditioner ready fir summer. It did cost a little more because we had a faulty compasitor but they worked with us to stay in our price range that we could afford. I believe we have a new heating and air-conditioner server with United Heating and Air. We would give them 10 stars. But the ratings only go as high as 5.

While I suppose they did a decent job with cleaning our HVAC (while we are residential, we have a commercial unit on the roof), they had resorted to doing a chemical cleaning and then, as the left, dripped the chemicals from the 3rd floor all the way down to the ground floor. The chemicals they used were so strong, it stripped the deck stain. I sent pictures and notification via email but they have not responded at all. We are attempting to stain it but the people we hired for this said that those spots will remain bright and they won't be able to fix it. Horrible responsiveness and seem unwilling to help or take responsibility for what they've done. I would never use them again.

Francisco of United Heating and Air Conditioning is the greatest, and I will hire him again happily and hope to have him service my system yearly going forward. He came today as promised and found that my thermostat only needed batteries, but my system was otherwise fine. He is very good and extremely honest and informative.

Francisco worked efficiently, respected my space, and left everything cleaner than he found it. Not only did he do a phenomenal job with the HVAC system—everything runs perfectly now—but he was also just a really great guy to talk to. Friendly, down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about what he does. It’s not always easy to find someone you can count on these days, but Francisco is definitely one of those people. I hired United to clean and check my two central air units. In 15 mins or less, he tells me that he's done. No findings/report, no freon check, no suggestions. Disappointed that I was charged $140 for this.

These gentlemen are never late for appointments. They work non-stop. They do not lie about what they see regarding your HVAC issue. They quote you honestly giving both a product prices, low on and high one. And everything they did to install new furnace was cleaned up. They took all of the old furnace with them to be disposed of. My furnace works great. Thank you Cisco and your assistant. If you don't use them, you don't know what you are missing. I am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER !

United was very responsive and did a good job with my project

The team worked with me to design the correct number of vents for air conditioning for the home. We re-designed in the process and Francisco is knowledgable.

Francisco and Carlos were very great to work with. They were prompt and were able to provide me information regarding the condition of the furnace. They cleaned the furnace and were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job with a difficult replacement of our upstairs AC that is under the eaves of the house. There were complications and had been water leaking through our kitchen ceiling before they started, and United AC found and resolved everything.

Our air conditioning unit went out. They came out immediately. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced and they were able to take care of it the next day. Prompt and professional.

When you need quick and dependable service And you want it done right without any delays Call this company. I needed service to my A C unit and they were at my front door in 10 min. Other company told me to wait until tomorrow And when tomorrow got here which was today they told me that I they cannot help me. This company came in and perform the duties that I requested. Give me cold air. Bottom line They did this in less than a hour. I am now sitting under my central art is cold. Looking for cold air in your house Do not wait until it get 100 degrees Act right now And avoid the RUSH

Francisco and his team were extremely helpful in getting my AC fixed with a few days of me looking for quotes. Francisco was out to my place the same day I put the request in and his team was out the same week to fix and replace everything. I am very happy with the service the whole team provided.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They replaced my furnace but neglected to connect the condenser wiring to my thermostat. Somehow the wiring disappeared when they installed a new furnace, for which I paid them $5,000. I called and they immediately denied the issue, without any review of the wiring. They wanted to charge me $90. When they finally came out, they promised to send me an electrician to remediate the issue. Never heard from them again, even after calling to check on status. They put me in a bind, as I was selling my condo and needed it repaired immediately. Not to mention the heat. I got a second and third opinion, and they confirmed that United neglected to connect the condenser wiring to the thermostat. That wiring is now gone. I needed to get an electrician come out and drill holes in the walls because of their negligence. That cost me $1,600. Stay away from this company.

For $90, I do not feel like anything happened. I was told I needed a new furnace. Felt scammed. Lesson learned. At least they came out.
