they called 15 minutes before arriving and tried to bait-and switch me we have a large home with one AC unit .. they called 15 minutes before they were to arrive and claimed our house was too big and they "needed" to to charge for 2 systems!

Had an extremely great experience today. Was able to schedule a same day appointment for a fireplace cleaning. Brian called when he was on the way and again when he was caught in traffic. Punctuality was top notch! Upon arrival, he was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I loved that he gave tips without trying to upsell me anything. He left my house the way it was before: clean. HIGHLY recommend! I used to use Southern Chimney but they took 2 days to get back to me. I look forward to using Peachtree Cleaning moving forward!
