Extremely knowledgeable tech cleaned and repaired fireplace. Alex was informative and helped educate me on some tips concerning the fireplace. Assisted in getting insulation placed in attic on the same day. I feel much safer using my fireplace now!!

I had the work done...the gentleman who did it was GREAT. There was a problem with the sealant it didnt seal. So I called and made another appt. The next guy said I wasnt home when I was there all day...he said he knocked on my gate?!?! Who does that. The first guy came back on my third appt and fixed everything. He was great but the mgr who I talked to was rude and could have cared less what price I paid and what work I had done. I would highly recommend the guy who came out but not this company its a shame he works for that guy.

"Good morning Sandra, The 1st,the 2nd and the 3rd guy were the same guy, the mgr you referring to is me, the same one who you screamed at "you are liars" when he explained to you that we called 4 times while my tech was waiting over 10 minutes for you to open.As specified over our texts WE ARE NOT OPENING GATES WITHOUT PERMISSION! Also my texts were very polite and stated we appreciate our customers regardless to their invoice amount, sorry if you got offended. I'm really happy you liked my guy and wish you happy new year!"

I was lied to and taken to the bank for approximately $200! Could never get Mr Omar to return my call. First time using Home Advisor and my last time. I suggest Home Advisor vet their contractors better.

"Good morning Carla, I'm not sure why you feel you were lied to, you paid $173 to have your chimney swept,repaired and inspected. 2 months after service was provided you called and said that there was a misunderstanding and you want to cap your gas line,I had my field supervisor call you to assist with this matter but no answer no call back. Once i saw your review I called again and you stated you had a plumber cap the gas line for you, your half star review is a bit harsh considering the service you received from us but will take it to my attention and keep doing our best to better our services. Dirtied my new carpet (2months old) in spots. Called to have someone come to clean. No has been back to clean. Spoke with them several times. They Said they would be here today. No call no contact at all. ALSO, went to use the fireplace tonight and flue won't open. There is a Broken connection from flue opening to handle. Worked before they were hired, using your recommendation, but the lever doesn't work now. Not happy

"Dear John, As per your pics and our conversions there was one spot that you claimed we caused, we took responsibility and as explained to you were trying to contract an outside company to come and fix the issue. As you aware this was the new year week and a lot of companies weren't back in work so we couldn't confirm any appointment yet although we contacted several companies no one called back to confirm. As far as the broken connection this is the 1st time i hear about it as you didn't mention it in our previous conversations and ever called about it before this review. Unfortunately you are giving my tech work and my company 1 star review base on an issue that's wasn't in our hands and we were working on resolving. Couple more days and we would find the right company to come, feel free to contact me anytime to resolve any issue if you still have one. Happy new year."

Although I had the power switch from the previous owners to us when Joseph arrived he effectively adjusted to ensure we were able to receive services to meet our needs. I called around to see if someone could come out today and the man I spoke with told me he would call to see where his technicians were and then call me back. Sure enough, he called me back and told me Alex would arrive in 15 minutes. Alex was very professional and informative. My fireplace is not only ready to use but Alex also made it look pretty. I would definitely recommend this company in a heart beat!
