United Home Services

United Home Services did a great job cleaning our wood burning chimney. They were on time and effectively and quickly completed the job. I would definitely recommend United Home Servies.

Showed up on time and cleaned my fireplace quickly and thoroughly. Even offered a suggestion for an improvement that I never thought of. Exceptional price. Will use them again.

After learning of damage to my dual fireplace/coal burner (two chimneys) home assembly, I contacted United Home Services for a review and repair estimate. Ron inspected (including photos), evaluated and provided an accurate estimate of repair costs. Both Ron and David completed the contracted work today, and I am completely satisfied and impressed with the finished product. Working under adverse weather conditions, they employed professional diligence and care throughout every part of the project, including cleanup afterwards. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

We have used United Home Services for several years. They are an excellent company. They respond promptly to requests for appointments , they have excellent customer service, their technicians are highly skilled and very personable, they work quickly and efficiently, and their fees are very reasonable. We highly recommend United Home Services!

United Home Services responded to my service inquiry within an hour of my posting it on Angi. In addition, they coordinated getting one of their representatives to visit the site of the required first thing the next day. What is noteworthy about this is that the day of the visit was a holiday (Memorial Day), but they new I had a very tight schedule and they accommodated my needs. Their representative, Ron, came prepared. He did a thorough inspection of the work required to be completed and remained focused on that. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. His quote was competitively priced and he was able to get the work done within a week. Based upon the review of the work he and his team performed, I am confident that it was done properly and was of good quality. There is nothing more I can ask of United Home Services. I certainly have no reservations recommending United Home Services for chimney repair services to those that need it.

Customer service was excellent. Mike and Ron are excellent. Been using them for years always a great job !

Replaced pilot assembly unit for $900, Two more service calls within 10 days for fireplace not working. Said they would charge for next visit. Called Krings; fixed for $255.

No

I would “beyond highly” recommend UHS. Mike responded to my Angi request within a couple of minutes after I posted it at 10 pm last night and Ron promptly arrived this morning. After initially being turned away by my confused family member, he immediately turned around and came back. Many others would have kept going. Our problem was that a propane company with whom we have automatic deliveries set up had not made a delivery and we ran out of propane. After they finally made a delivery, our stove would now not start. I was informed they couldn’t help fix it. Next, the company we bought our stove from said they could help by sending a repairman 2 1/2 weeks from now, and for an exorbitant charge. With this cold, our room has been uninhabitable. Ron was able to diagnosis and fix our problem in a short period of time. He is extremely knowledgeable and credentialed. Our stove is now working perfectly! I am truly grateful to both Ron and Mike!! You just can’t find service like this anymore!

Clean dryer vent. Excellent

Extremely happy with this company, after 3 other companies attempting to repair our fireplace. Ron came in and got the fireplace working in no time. I would definitely recommend Ron and this company.

Great service, Ron was on time and able to fix the problem.
