Technician by the name of Logan came out he did the work got it done he was also the one who did the estimate The man really knows his stuff anyhow with that said or I should put typed? The job looks wonderful I got everything done spent top dollar on it but definitely worth the money hands down they replace the two caps that I had with one giant cap redid the cement the ceiling did waterproofing even added a drip edge to keep the water from running down the sides of the chimney with that said I'm very pleased it even looks with the same style of the home nothing too flashy no pun intended

I scheduled the appointment with Mike. He asked questions to ensure he understood the issue I had and scheduled an appointment for the next day. London arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing while he worked. He showed me how to properly and safely use my fireplace. I would definitely recommend United Home Service.

The ownership is very professional. They are very accommodating to the clients needs. Iâ m constant contact with their client. Very neat and and careful with clients property . Plans are to go directly to them again for any pre maintenance issues.

Why did you not call us back?

Shame on you we were in communication and you put a review since no one answered on Saturday?! When I reached out you were laughing like you figured will reach back on Monday and no biggy and hanged up on my face! Hurting hard working company reputation is unnecessary and definitely not a joke, we are working to maintain our reviews and customer satisfaction is top priority for us, AGAIN very unnecessary and disappointing.
