They respond promptly to requests for appointments , they have excellent customer service, their technicians are highly skilled and very personable, they work quickly and efficiently, and their fees are very reasonable. United Home Services responded to my service inquiry within an hour of my posting it on Angi. In addition, they coordinated getting one of their representatives to visit the site of the required first thing the next day. What is noteworthy about this is that the day of the visit was a holiday (Memorial Day), but they new I had a very tight schedule and they accommodated my needs. Their representative, Ron, came prepared. He did a thorough inspection of the work required to be completed and remained focused on that. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. His quote was competitively priced and he was able to get the work done within a week. Based upon the review of the work he and his team performed, I am confident that it was done properly and was of good quality. There is nothing more I can ask of United Home Services. I certainly have no reservations recommending United Home Services for chimney repair services to those that need it.

I would “beyond highly” recommend UHS. Mike responded to my Angi request within a couple of minutes after I posted it at 10 pm last night and Ron promptly arrived this morning. After initially being turned away by my confused family member, he immediately turned around and came back. Many others would have kept going. Our problem was that a propane company with whom we have automatic deliveries set up had not made a delivery and we ran out of propane. After they finally made a delivery, our stove would now not start. I was informed they couldn’t help fix it. Next, the company we bought our stove from said they could help by sending a repairman 2 1/2 weeks from now, and for an exorbitant charge. With this cold, our room has been uninhabitable. Ron was able to diagnosis and fix our problem in a short period of time. He is extremely knowledgeable and credentialed. Our stove is now working perfectly! I am truly grateful to both Ron and Mike!! You just can’t find service like this anymore!

My experience with United Home Services was excellent!! I highly recommend! The response time was very quick. I sent a request on Angi late Thursday night and Mike responded to me first thing in the morning. Thank you Mike! We were initially scheduled for Monday, but tech was able to come on Sunday instead, which worked out perfectly. Logan was the technician who serviced our fireplace. He was awesome. He explained the issue and why it occurred and repaired it in record time. The price was very reasonable and the service was even better. Thank you Mike and Logan for such great service.

Ron was great! Unfortunately the prior owners of the house did not install the wood stove properly, but Ron provided a thorough inspection and cleaning. He was kind and honest about the state of our stove installation and provided honest recommendations. Once we have it in our budget to fix we will definitely reach back out.
