We were very pleased with the tech and the service.

Very accommodating about scheduling, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly. Was very patient in answering my questions about ongoing maintenance.

An honest person who showed me up close pictures of my chimney top and that there were no tiles missing. In fact it was a concrete block and stucco top. I had been given two estimates saying i needed tiles and a 3,500 fix. I'm retired and have other expenses with an older house and small pension doesn't go far. So hearing that he could fix it by doing a repair and then waterproofing which had a 10 year warranty was so good to hear. The cost was a third of what i would have had to pay and he worked well and showed me the finished results. With all the repairs i am dealing with it was soooo refreshing to know there was someone who was honest and gave me the help i needed and done well. That there was an option to fix and it i could afford that. Thank you, Asher for being such a good hard worker and honest. I value people like him.

Amazing job. Knew exactly what to do and had our gas fireplace up and running in minutes. I’d hire him again in a second. Was extremely courteous and friendly. Can’t say enough about them to justify hiring them if you need gas fireplace service. A+

The technician was very informative but did not cover his space and my house was full of soot. When he left. It was not obvious until I found my shoes trailing black footprints into other room. I paid cash and got no receipt. Offered to 100 for payback but that was never sent. Later when I washed my couch the stains did not come out. It took me four and a half hours to clean the mess up.

Wonderful cleaning and inspection. replaced the chimney cap with a stainless steel one. Glad my fireplace is ready for the winter!

Quick to respond and they were having a great special on chimney inspection and sweep. The inspector, Tal, was very knowledgeable and informed me of what could be done and what a reasonable timeframe would be. I did not feel pressured into making any decisions, which I appreciated.

Work was scheduled for the next morning. Tech arrived well within the appointment window and provided quick, professional service, and explained things as he went along.
