I was quoted a price and the minute the repairman walks in he wants to charge me double and charge me for the free inspection I asked him about cleaning the soot on the glass and he told me they cannot be cleaned I cleaned them thoroughly with windex later I asked him how to clean the soot off of bricks and he tells me you cannot, they must be thrown away. This is a pro - hes dumber than s bed of rocks. Then he left a mess and barely cleaned up afterwards Total jerk and they need to hire competent people I should have thrown him off the job

They left gas valve halfway on, I came home to gas smell outside and inside house with my kids at home! Soot all over white rug, no tarp, out tools directly on the rug. When I called twice, no one returns calls, to get my 240 dollars back. Traumatized by this experience of what danger they out my family in!! Worst worker experience ever in my entire life

Daniel was great 👍 He took the time to explain why he did the deeper vent cleaning. He showed us pictures of small rocks that were in vents, besides dust! He helped me determine that we needed 5 new floor vents. Ours were very old, even had realized the metal was deteriorating! Thanks to Daniel for helping with this big job today! I will use your company again!

I had 2 gas fireplaces that needed cleaned and/or repaired. One was cleaned and began working again. I was given an overpriced solution for the second fireplace that I rejected. I will find another company for the second fireplace.

Quick to respond and they were having a great special on chimney inspection and sweep. The inspector, Tal, was very knowledgeable and informed me of what could be done and what a reasonable timeframe would be. I did not feel pressured into making any decisions, which I appreciated.

Work was scheduled for the next morning. Tech arrived well within the appointment window and provided quick, professional service, and explained things as he went along.
