Single New Window Installation

United Homecraft personnel: rude, unprofessional and lacked attention to detail to complete the job on a timely basis (took three months to finally get the last two windows correct). The subcontractor/installation crew was excellent - fast, thorough and very professional.

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
The workers did a good job on the siding. However, they left a lot of trash and insulation and siding for us to clean up ourselves. I was not pleased with that, but overall, they did a good job.

Cabinets Reface
I used ServiceMagic previously for a project and received four inquires on a job. However, I received only 1 of the 7 listed contractors contacted me. I had two other non-listed contractors that I requested come by for competitive bidding and valuing purposes. I settled on United Homecraft. Regarding the ratings the job is projected out in April so some of the ratings above are N/A i.e. cleanliness. I rated only on the initial and followup sales and the representatives of the company coming out for a site survey.
