They came out, replaced my pump, and ran an electrical line from the pump to my Breaker and told us that Someone would come out and bury the line. 5 months later the line has still not been buried. I have called, and every time They have just given me an excuse and hung up on me. Already paid them the money, and they didn't finish the Job. Not professional service at all.

poor quality, unfinished work, lack of seriousness, lack of communication, you had to be on top of them, lack of professionalism. Your workers are not professionals, they come here at 11:00 am, they go for lunch at 1:00 pm. and they find a place here that they like, so they come back from lunch at almost 3:00 p.m. and leave at 4:00 pm.

Not even sure the guy who came out is employed by this company. Charged 600.00 to replace one shingle on the roof and an additional 50.00 just for using Angi. Took 5 hours after estimate to return because he was going to lunch with his girlfriend and rain was coming again. He did find a possible code violation from the builder and said would email me the issue but never did. Was issued a receipt that did not have United Plumbing on it. They took advantage of someone in a desperate situation by price gouging.. do not recommend at all.

They were very quick and professional. I wanted to upgrade to tankless water heater. They made it very simple and clean. Also it looks very nice instead of a clunky tank in a corner. Prices are very reasonable and affordable as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their water heater.

This service provider abandoned the job and now is unresponsive.

"We was come back have to find part to fix the pump we have completed the job as to the contract but the company was going to fix the pump to get you water today but Due to complaint you filled with Angilist, all communications including a contract lien will be placed on the property tomorrow for the balance of said contract will go through Angilist. The company has to follow all rules and regulation according to the state and city audience so we just cannot put some together so it will work but unsafe."
