Excellent

Very disappointed. My older mother paid $490 for a $30 part and repair. The diagnosis and repair were very unsatisfactory. The replaced part ended up still being good when tested by another company. I understand upfront pricing, but that cost for the part and the lackluster service received (take the time to test the faulty breaker, and open up the subpanel) leaves a LOT to be desired for that amount of money.

$550 is expensive for 10 minutes job.

Our AC went out during a heat wave. We got a response within an hour and had it fixed in a day. Tim was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and thorough. The pricing was fair. He had us up and running again in no time. I would highly recommend them!

Even though the repair of the central air was minimal, Tim was very methodical about inspecting everything. I am confident that the A/C is in top shape.

They did come out on a Saturday which I do appreciate. They said they would call back and they never did.

The end result was amazing. They appear to be a bit more pricy than the competition. They are also involved in emergency response so they reschedule frequently when emergencies arise and the front desk never really seemed to know the status of the technician without making a call.

Lorenzo Rodriguez, United's HVAC Field Supervisor, provided exceptional same day service to inspect our furnace. Upon inspection, a minor PVC pipe modification was needed to improve furnace performance. Lorenzo provided this service at no charge! I recommend United Heating / Air / Plumbing!

Ryan is an excellent electrician. We are so happy with the work he is doing for us. He is very creative and cares about us and what we want.

The project ended up much bigger than what we had in mind when we contacted HomeAdvisor about it, but that was good. A whole new Airco system was installed the same day at a very reasonable price. Wally showed great commitment and flexibility.
