An electrician came to our home to quote the job(s). While the electrician was in our home and diagnosing the problems he actually repaired one of the jobs we needed repaired - no charge. However, a couple of the jobs were pretty expensive but one job was reasonable so we used United to fix it. Overall, we were very happy with United. The quality and customer service was great. I would say take advantage of the free estimate offered and then go from there.

10-12am arrival time was changed to 3-5pm at 11:30, then rescheduled again to 6pm. Quality of work once they arrived was excellent.

Overall very good. Intelligent electrician arrived on time. The estimate made sense to me, so I went with him, though now,I think I might have overpaid just a bit (just a bit) because I was in need. United sent two electricians to my home to install a simple 240V outlet. Conveniently, "simple" is the the best word to describe the process from beginning to end. The electricians were consummate professionals. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or end result. I would definitely recommend United to others.

my fault. I did ask for, nor did he offer an estimate. 30 min. work and he charged me $275.00. Much more than I think was a fair price.
