Great Job

A GFCI outlet replacement dominoed into a sub panel tune up at the breaker box. Had added electrical outlets over the years and now it was time to organize the wiring. This was not a surprise to me. It was not an up sell. James was knowledgeable and efficient. This was not the first time he has helped me out.

Only complaint is that the job took a long time to complete.

He was very personable and professional. The price was on the high side but the work was great.

They did not clean up after themselves, the workers left cut wires, stucco and screws laying around, but they did get the job done.

If Ryan is an example of this company's techs - then they are great. He was professional yet warm and easy to talk with. He went over everything with us completely, presented the bid which was extremely competitive and with our approval took on the project. He completed it in great time, cleaned everything up and left us better than when he got here. Extremely pleased!

We did a small project with them to install wiring for a new ceiling fan. They were quick and did a great job. I appreciated that they tried to remove as little amount of sheet rock as they could to limit the amount of mess that was made. Overall great job,. Would hire again

Came out the same day that I called. Ryan K. did the work - replaced two GFI outlets and the subpanel. He explained clearly the options and wasn’t at all pushy about which to choose. Cleaned up after he was finished. Very good service!

They wanted to charge $500 flat fee to diagnose. I rejected and they reduced fee to $300. Work took 15 minutes to diagnose and 5 minutes to fix. I should have demanded a reasonable hourly rate to do work. Live and learn. Don't allow them to rip you off too with what equals a $900 hourly rate for a simple outlet re-wiring fix.

When out to give estimate, he told us how to fix on of the issues ourselves (change type of light bulb) and helped us order the right lights for the pantry. When the lights came in, he was out quickly to install. Very satisfied and am definitely keeping their card for any future needs.
