Allissa (answers phone) was great setting up the service call. I did not expect such great treatment for the initial call for quote, she was great !!!! Victor performed all the work we required. He was prompt, professional, experienced, and personable. He represented the company very well, and we already know we will use United Plumbing for additional work next year and will specifically request Victor back for all future work. To management - give Victor a raise!! Heâ  s awesome :) Allissa, too !!

United Plumbing provided excellent service in fixing a plumbing problem in our home. The office staff was responsive in setting an appointment, and the plumber, Jason, arrived on time. Jason was professional and competent, identifying the cause of our problem as a failed expansion tank on the water heater. He replaced the tank and flushed the water heater, resolving the problem. Jason was thorough and pleasant, and he fully explained the work he did. The final bill was quite reasonable, and there was no attempt to sell unnecessary work or otherwise pad the charges. I recommend United Plumbing as a reputable company with excellent customer relations and professional employees.
