had to deal with my roof leaks a few times with different roofers that wasted time and money $$$$. I called United pRo , in 45 minutes was at my door. He was the only person with the price is right and how to tackle my problem. Within a few days it was done right and to my satisfaction. The roof looks fantastic and I know the way it was done that it will not leak. Five workers on the roof and the job was done quickly and they left it very clean, Great Job!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what else to give this crew but 5 stars! They were quick to come out and assess our job.They gave us a reasonable price and they more than fulfilled our contract. Friendly, professional, reliable, and on time. Benny and the rest of the crew are top notch. You are missing out if you don't give this company an opportunity to win your business.

They say if you want something you have to pick between "Good, Fast, and Cheap". United Pro and Benny. the owner make that old saying a complete lie. After getting the brush off from one roofer and a completely absurd bid 10K over Bennys bid, I went with Benny. It really wasn't a hard decision because they are as straightforward as they come. He's reasonably priced, patient in answering any questions and the job was literally started and done before I even realized it had started. ( okay, I'll admit a phone call would have prob been good, but I didn't care cause of the quality of the work) . You are not gonna get better than Benny trust me.

Customer service was exceptional. Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

After several quotes for our tile roof and rotted wood repair, the one from United Pro was easily the most thorough, easy to understand, and most fairly priced. When more issues were revealed during the course of the repair (which I expected, given the amount of dry rot involved), Benny did the additional work while honoring the original estimate. The work was done quickly and on time.

Did excellent fast work. Contacted them on a Tuesday, came out that day to determine what needed to be done, got the bid to me on Wednesday and did the work that Friday.

United Pro responded very promptly. He went onto our roof, diagnosed the cause of the leak, and did a temporary repair until the weather permitted a full one. Subsequently, he completed the repair, as well as another minor one and also did a roof inspection. They were very professional and easy to deal with. We would definitely use United Pros service again.

Responsive and polite, sensitive to a small flat roof series of leaks and quick call returns, explaining cause of leaks and repairs needed. I would call these roofers again as needed and recommend them highly.

I had a persistent roof leak for at least seven years. I had previously hired many roofers, who were never able to locate and repair the leak. United Pro initially repaired one leak. When they opened up the shingles to reveal the tar paper he found that the original roofer had slashed the tar paper in numerous locations. Subsequently they found several other leaks. United Pro kept coming back until all the leaks were repaired. We agreed on a fair and reasonable payment for all the work he has done. I am completely happy with his work.

United Pro was actually early for the appointment and was waiting in his truck. I saw them and they were able to checked out the roof leak. They diagnosed the problem and made repairs on the spot. Very friendly and courteous.

They were the only company out of about 10 different companies that responded promptly or even responded for that matter. They provided a free estimate, were on time for that and then did everything they said they would as well as accommodating us and getting to our emergency quickly. The price seemed fair too. I highly reccommend UNITED PRO CONSTRUCTION!!

the owner was prompt to return my call. Came out the next day and took pictures of the problems on the roof and sent me a price quote for the repairs. I agreed to the affordable estimate, and had him do the repairs. He came out, finished the job in one Day. Very satisfied with his work

I highly recommend United Pro for the work they did for us. We were in a real rush to get our roof repaired, and Benny responded to our inquiry right away, came over the next day to give us an estimate, and then squeezed us in to repair our leaky roof before a big rainstorm arrived. When he was repairing our roof, he found more broken tiles and damage to the chimney, so he repaired that for us as well. I was really pleased with his service - very prompt, cleaned everything up, very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him.

Benny is a honest person. He charges a fair price. I watched his workmanship carefully as he made repairs to my roof. He is very skilled at his craft. The results of his repair work was excellent. My roof showed no evidence that it was ever repaired. That is, the areas of my roof he worked on blended in nicely with the rest of the roof. He brought replacement shingles that matched my roof. He is very easy to talk. He gave me straight answers to my questions.

They called us within ten minutes of putting in our request on Home Advisor. He did the repair work on the weekend and was able to finish within a short amount of time. He was polite and even showed us pictures of other areas needing repair. His price was good which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend
