We hired United/Fabricio mid-project to demolish and replace floor tile in our small full bathroom. Fabricio was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to bring our project to completion and offered us a competitive quote/estimate. Perhaps because it was mid-project, Fabricio’s employee encountered some hiccups during the process. Nonetheless, our new marble floor tile was installed in a timely manner and looks great. It really elevates our bathroom space. We couldn’t be happier. With respect to the customer service we received, specifically around the hiccups, I’d recommend having a clear plan for the project up front, including any expectations you have about how the work will be done and/or how the work (or issues that may arise) will be communicated about. We take some responsibility for the issues with communication, as we discussed the project in real time mostly via text (after having met in person about the actual project itself and getting a quote/estimate). With that said, I would hire United/Fabricio again in the future.

This is the second tile job Sayed Naqawl (Sadat Masonry) has done for us and we could not be more pleased with the work he does. He is smart, efficient, and thorough - from lay-out to finish...very talented.

Responded immediately <1 hour after project submission, gave me an estimate same week in person, and had his grout guy out to refinish the grout in my bathroom the next week. Good work, quick, and clean.

Fabricio said he would come to look at the problem so he could quote the job. Well, he showed up with two workmen and offered to do the job right there and then. That was a bit aggressive, but we needed the job to be done, so we said OK.

Prompt, efficient and in budget. Could not ask for more.

Fabricio is a wonderful man! He came to the house and looked at the project and gave me several options. He quoted a VERY reasonable price for the scope of the job. Fab came and did an AMAZING job - it turned out way beyond my expectations! I would hire this company again for EVERY project I have. Super nice guys!

They repair another Contracter’s unfinished work. They were willing to do a small job which I was so greatful. They called back right away and came to the job on time and did a great job. I would call and recommend them again

They came when they said they would, they knew what they were doing. They did the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up any small messes they had to make. I recommend them very highly!

Excellent service. Hired them Friday. They came to do the job on Saturday. Neat, quiet, cleaned up after themselves. I am beyond happy. My bathroom looks like new after just 5 1/2 hours. I would definitely call them again.

Friendly, prompt, and professional!

Fabricio was very nice and professional. The guy he had come was also really nice and a hard worker. The only downside was that he took over a week to reply to some of my texts regarding follow-up work that he himself stated needed to be done. It was also a little expensive, but I had a leak so had him come the day after I called so it might have just been because of scheduling.

They went above and beyond what I needed done. I was totally satisfied. I will definitely use them again when I need something else done. Very professional.

Fabricio cares about results. He follows through on what he says and has hard working people on his team. I highly recommend these guys. All through the project he talked me through options and really made sure we got to the results I had in mind, not just doing what I thought needed done. In the end the results speak for themselves.
