Fabricio and his crew did an excellent job on my tub/shower tile repair, it was done exactly as we wanted. They were prompt in giving an estimate and repair was promptly completed. Job site was cleaned thoroughly. I would not hesitate to use them again Or recommend them.

Awful customer service. They cashed my check and left my bathroom a disaster. Did not finish the job. Would never hire this company. They are frauds

1) Sold to me like 3 days of work, just before a holiday weekend. It really should have been scheduled for 4-5 days. 2) They left 5 cubic feet of trashed tiles in my hall, 10 feet from my bed, for 2 whole days. On the third day, I had to yell at him to get it removed. Otherwise he was going to leave it all holiday weekend. 3) They had an unqualified tiler work all day Friday and we are going to let him continue Saturday. But the work looked like crooked teeth and I said he should not continue. The boss came (Saturday) but said they could not start work again until Monday. (The work had to be redone 100%) Saturday and Sunday holiday were both wasted and w/out a shower. This was the second time I had to yell at them to get the right thing to happen. 4) They took 8 days for a 4-5 day job and left without putting on a rod, or fixtures. It took 3 weeks more to get them to finish it as well as they could. I had to call them and reschedule numerous times. The rod and bar are not on the level. But I am done with them. 5) They left some trash in front of the building and have not picked it up, even after being back twice. I mentioned it to the boss. Nothing so far, after 5 weeks. They do not have the expertise, personnel, or conscience to do a good job. The aggravation is not worth it.

This company was fantastic. I felt very comfortable with them from the first conversation I had with them. The job was done as planned and with in the quote I was given. Would highly, highly recommend this company. I have already recommended them to my brother.

At first we had a miscommunication on the time to set up a review of the project. Gustavo immediately offered to come another time which he did promptly. I received the written estimate in less than 24 hours. We set a date he and his tile person showed up and got right to work. The job was incredibly thorough, efficient and very detailed oriented. I literally felt as if I had a new shower stall. I highly recommend them. I have renovated 3 various properties and was very impressed with Gustavo and the guy who did the work. I would hire them again without question.

At first I wasn’t sure just meeting the company rep. Gustavo because the job was enormous and more problems were discovered with demo, but he always reassured me that the company could do the job and it would be beautiful and did turn out beautiful. Very pleased with United RER Corp.

Responded immediately <1 hour after project submission, gave me an estimate same week in person, and had his grout guy out to refinish the grout in my bathroom the next week. Good work, quick, and clean.

Fabricio said he would come to look at the problem so he could quote the job. Well, he showed up with two workmen and offered to do the job right there and then. That was a bit aggressive, but we needed the job to be done, so we said OK.

They repair another Contracter’s unfinished work. They were willing to do a small job which I was so greatful. They called back right away and came to the job on time and did a great job. I would call and recommend them again

They came when they said they would, they knew what they were doing. They did the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up any small messes they had to make. I recommend them very highly!

Excellent service. Hired them Friday. They came to do the job on Saturday. Neat, quiet, cleaned up after themselves. I am beyond happy. My bathroom looks like new after just 5 1/2 hours. I would definitely call them again.

Friendly, prompt, and professional!

Fabricio was very nice and professional. The guy he had come was also really nice and a hard worker. The only downside was that he took over a week to reply to some of my texts regarding follow-up work that he himself stated needed to be done. It was also a little expensive, but I had a leak so had him come the day after I called so it might have just been because of scheduling.

They went above and beyond what I needed done. I was totally satisfied. I will definitely use them again when I need something else done. Very professional.

Fabricio cares about results. He follows through on what he says and has hard working people on his team. I highly recommend these guys. All through the project he talked me through options and really made sure we got to the results I had in mind, not just doing what I thought needed done. In the end the results speak for themselves.

Fabricio from UnitedRER and his crew repaired cracked grout for my shower and floors. They arrived on time, had very reasonable rates, and were very attentive to details during the repair. They doubled check the shower to make sure they have fully repaired all the cracks to my satisfaction. Very pleasant to work with. I will absolutely consider them for future projects.
