United Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Inc.

April 16, 2026, United Refrigeration & Air Conditioning came out to provide an inspection of my HVAC. I signed up for the twice a year inspection. Two very nice workers, Scott and RahJ (Roger) came out, inspected and provided the service. I was very glad to meet them for the first time. They were on time, very friendly, and explained in detail the services they would be providing. They thoroughly inspected the items on their checklist, and discussed what I should be doing throughout the year to keep my system operating properly. I was very pleased with Scott and RahJ (Roger). Looking forward to seeing them in the Fall!

Needed emergency weekend service. Ryan returned call and said â youâ re on my list â . Iâ ll be out before tonight or tomorrow. I pleaded my case. Weâ ve been customers for 40 years. Much to our surprise Ryan left a voicemail-â Iâ ll be there in ten minutes. Ryan showed up less than 3 hours after initial call. He performed repairs with courtesy and professionalism. Lots of respect for United Refrigeration. Thanks.

By all means register for semi-annual A/C check-ups to have your unit cleaned inside and out.( Itâ s like a cleaning 2 times a year from your dentist). And by all means try and secure Jeremy the service technician. Heâ s a professional dude. Iâ ve used this company (UR) for our business in Auburndale from 1984-2008 and our home units since 1986. Nothings cheap anymore but you do get discounts as a member of their maintenance club.

Joe and Cortes were friendly and very professional . they replaced the return box and the drain line. They also put in a condensate pump. I really appreciate their patience in gett the work done. They even cleaned up the insulation that dropped from my attic. Those guys are an asset to the company and I truly appreciate them.

I had a complete AC system install. The Technicians Joe and Cortez, were here 10 minutes before 6AM ready to get to work. They laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring and work area before anything was started. Very meticulous and nothing out of the ordinarily they couldn't handle. Had no problem explaining things along the way. It was a pleasure having United do the install.

My specific project is not listed, which was general maintenance and UV light installation. I've been using United Refrigeration for several years now because of the work ethic and customer interaction, professional.

Alfred checked my air conditioning unit and explained the process. He also removed the air conditioning frame outside and cleaned out leaves and made sure everything was working. He called before coming to the house and arrived early which was nice.

I had the ducts in my house cleaned and sprayed byChris and Alfred. They took before and after pictures and everything went great. There were 13 vents that got cleaned in thr process.

They referred me to a company called DUCTZ to clean my dryer vent. Took all of 35 minutes,professional,cleaned up afterwards and did a great job.

I was given a quote for this service. Personnel was available the same day. I was told they could do the work in the afternoon and should arrive about 3:30. I accepted the service . Knock on my door at 3:30, started work, did a great through job, talked to me about the job and advice about follow up. I highly recommend this company

Everyone involved with my project was super friendly... from the person that set up my dryer duct cleaning over the phone to the Pro and his assistant that did the work. The work was perfect and absolutely no lint/dust issues at all. They were very careful not to make or leave a mess. Highly recommended. Very good price, too.
