Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
United Roofing was great when we got our estimate, got the work done all was good. Angelo called with the apt time. After the roof was done, we discovered a small leak into our front porch. Due to the leak, the ceiling has been down on the porch since Ian, we cannot fix it until the leak is fixed. Angelo claimed it had to be from the dormer window, we had it checked and was told the window is fine, it was coming from the fascia around the dormer where there is a small gap. We have called Angelo several times and he said he was coming out at a certain time frame, and several times we waited with no phone call or response. We figure the fix should only take maybe an hour. But as he has told us he is very busy and has not forgot us. We have text and calls going back to Sept. 25th. I guess the warranty is really not good once they have their money.

Is extremely slow, he said one thing but did another, he put the permit through but he did not do it. He never follow through on his commitment.

"hi Keith unfortunately the laws in New York are different from Florida state laws. the permit process in Florida state in particularly Broward County there are steps that need to be met in order to receive a permit. I will explain to you in detail property valued over $300,000 state law requires hurricane straps which you did not have. which is separate from contract which you are aware of. you contracted a different company to follow the step of applying hurricane strap to your property which took weeks to complete. also you tried to go through your insurance company for funds but that did not work in your favor. sorry you feel this way."

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
He answered and began work promptly but the roof was still leaking. After 3 or 4 additional attempted repairs, and the roof still leaking Angelo quit replying except to tell me he was not in control of the weather. Unfortunately I had already paid in full. A roof inspector told me the "repail" actually made the problem worse. I do not recommend United Roofing and Maintenance.

"Mary Lou I am surprised you are leaving me a bad review after I told you we need to remove your shingles in order to do the proper repair. you explain to me if there's another way to repair the roof. and I explained to you there is but it might not work! I tried to repair it four times each time I told you it needs to be replaced. you explain to me you could not afford it at the moment so I mentioned to you when you get the funds let me know and whatever you spend on the repair I will deduct for the new roof section. it is a shame that people like you make us look bad! when we try our hardest to help out are customers. I am disappointed."

Does not back warranty and does not return calls ,fails to keep appointments and no calls to tell not coming. Feel like I have been scammed .Original repairs leaks
