Glenn and his crews built an ADU for me in less than 3 months. His subcontractors were clean, friendly and professional. Their work was exceptional. They worked some of the hottest days of the year in July and August to ensure that the job was done in a timely manner. The job foreman was prompt to ask my opinion and ensure that my wishes were accomplished. The crews were well aware of the regulations for constructing an ADU and met the regulations in a timely manner. All permits were signed in a timely manner, inspections were scheduled in a timely manner and crews were ready and in attendance. I would definitely recommend Glenn and his crews to anyone planning projects large or small. I would hire him again for similar projects.

I had United Services build an addition to the front of my house. Glenn and his crew were very professional and friendly. The quality of their work was great. They also showed up every day on time. If they were going to be late, Glenn would let me know. They would always cleanup before they left for the day. This company is very honest and trustworthy. I wasn't home a lot due to work, so I would leave them a key to get in . Glenn would always keep me update on the progress. Mark, one of Glenn's crewmember, who was there on a daily basis would also keep me informed on the day to day progress. My room turned out great. I couldn't be happier. Thank You United Services for doing a great job.

Glenn and his crew from United Services went above and beyond my expectations. I had a bathroom gutted, water damage repaired and a whole new custom shower put in. The quality of the work is excellent, crew was reliable and very respectful. I also am having them build an oversized garage and cement handicap ramp for me, which is almost completed now, Glen even upgraded the garage door for me without charging me! Again, the quality of work is excellent. Glenn and the crew are very kind and patient as they explain things to me and helped me find the correct items for my projects. I unfortunately had several major plumbing emergencies recently while Glenn and his crew were working here. They jumped right in and worked with me to get the problems corrected offering me support throughout the whole process, making me feel more like family than just a customer. I highly recommend United Services to anyone who needs work done on their property, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

United Services added a dining room to the front of our home. They also assisted in remodeling our kitchen. The entire crew was wonderful to work with. They were friendly, NEAT and did a Professional job. Glen Plushanski, , the owner, was easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I hired Glenn and his team to build an addition to my home. Each one of these guys is a professional and very skilled at what they do. They were all very pleasant and flexible, always willing to work with me to accommodate my wishes and the vision I had for this new space (bedroom/bathroom). I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I initially hired United Services to construct a 500 sq ft addition to my home in order to bring my mom over to live with us. Glenn, the contractor, was very easy to work with, and very accommodating to all of my wishes. In addition, he was very detail oriented, and all of the work performed is of the highest quality. All of the sub-contractors were true professionals and craftsmen. I was so impressed by this company, that I hired them to do major renovation to the existing structure, which included a new roof, dry rot repair, new flooring and windows, walkways, stucco, and painting. All of this was done flawlessly and at a great price. The entire project exceeded my wildest expectations, and not a week goes by without someone paying me compliments on my "new home". In all, I would definitely recommend United Services to anyone in the market for a new addition or improvements on their home. If I could give this company a 10 star rating, I would not hesitate to do so. Glenn is truly a "Rembrandt" in the art of construction!

The contractor was working during a very difficult time and working with an association and a city that was also going through the same difficult time over the last year an a half due to COVID-19. To a man his contractors were courteous and did their part of the job cleanly. The job took almost a year to complete because of the pandemic. During that time we had to live in the house along with grandchildren that were living with us because of the pandemic. Why the long story. Had the workers not keep the place cleaned up and not gone about their work quietly and courteously the time would have been a nightmare. I certainly would hire them again.

United Services built a 498 square foot "in-law" house for me: 1 bedroom, bathroom/with washer & dryer, kitchen & front room. It looks very nice. The main contractor, and all sub-contractors, are pleasant to work with and were very trustworthy as they did what they said they were going to do, and made sure that we approved before closing out the job and submitting for inspections. We would use them again for future projects.

Yes, I would hire this company again. They built a 12/16 foot extension which included enlarging a bedroom, adding a new bathroom, putting on a new roof, adding an attic fan, upgrading the electrical, and grading the land around the new build. Great value for your dollar. All the craftsmen are willing to do their best for you. Very pleased with the results.

We recently completed a game room extension onto our residence. The room turned out pretty good but had a few flaws in the construction. All these flaws can be corrected but they elect not to. These flaws include the following along with other minor ones not listed: The extension was built on a slab foundation which ended up having a major slope to it when it was required to be flat. The exterior paint color does not match the existing color as required. The rest of the house or the extension will need to be repainted. The concrete patio started cracking a week after the poor and the stamping job on a portion of it was very poor. I have had other concrete experts review the problem which they stated the poor was not done properly. Will need to be redone. It took much longer time to finish the project than was promised and there were a number of mistakes during construction which most were fixed but caused headaches and delays. The trusses had to be redone, the roof tile was the wrong color and the cabinets had to be finished by another contractor. It has been over a year since the construction was completed and they have not addressed the paint issues or concrete issues to date. We even offered additional money to complete the work but have not received a response from them. A lot of promises given but no follow through provided. I would not recommend them for future work without getting some kind of quality guarantee or holding at least 25% of the money till the work is finished.

United Services was able to add an independent living quarters with mini kitchen and bathroom to our existing home so that we could move my mother close but provide her independence. The addition complement in our home. The crew his trustworthy and awesome. They've been very helpful with all of our questions. Glenn, the contractor, and Jerry, the architect, initially work together which is a plus. Overall we are very happy with are addition.

Customer satisfaction is their Mantra. After talking with 4 contracting companies we chose United Services. My wife and I hired United Services to remove an un-permitted room that the previous owner converted from a covered patio. The owner of the company Glenn, almost immediately could see our vision and came up with some great Ideas to create a really superb Great Room. The architect listened to our needs and implemented them, came back to review the work and modified as necessary to give us exactly what we desired. The tradesman that he has working for him are all top notch. The guys that ran the project on a day to day basis (Tommy and Gary) really made the project come together and were excellent at communicating what steps were going to happen and when. Their were workers on site every day ALL day from day 1 until the final inspection, except for when they were waiting for materials or a window/door delivery. Everyday Gary and Tommy would clean the place up after they were through and on weekends so that we could use our patio, they would remove thier materials and store them in a corner of the work area. It was really great work but really it comes down to that the people who make ups United services besides being very skilled they are really good people. Glenn made an extra effort to meet all of my wifeâ s requests and went the extra mile to make sure she was completely satisfied with the end result. 6 stars in my book!!!

After extensive research, getting quotes from 3 Home Advisor Contractors & interviewing them, I chose Glenn @ United Services for several reasons. 1. Was pleased that he alone involved his architect right from the get-go; 2. spent time to ensure we fully understood the process & inconveniences of the kind of addition we wanted; 3. Glenn & Jerry, the architect, took a great deal of time to ensure they fully understood what we wanted. Every person who worked on our project was a pleasure to have around, which is important, since this was an extensive 5 month project ADDING A COMPLETE GRANNY SUITE, WITH FULL BATHROOM INCLUDING A ROLL-IN SHOWER; KITCHENETTE WITH DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE OVEN, GARBAGE DISPOSAL & REFRIGERATOR, BEDROOM & SETTING AREA, to our existing home, and expanded an existing Family Room adjacent to the new Granny Suite. I have and would again, recommend Glenn, and WILL use him again if / when I have any need for services he provides.

More than a garage remodel the garage was converted into a master bedroom suite. Flooring raised to conform with the existing level, plumbing and fixtures for 3/4 bath installed, windows and doors installed, utilities enclosed as separate room; laminate flooring, electrical outlets and fixtures including overhead fan installed. Everyone who worked on the conversion was very poiite and professional in the way they accomplished their jobs which was greatly appreciated. Mr. Plusanshki handled all the details of obtaining building permits and also handled the selection of flooring, basic bathroom fixtures, and numerous details which was very helpful for me. I'm very happy with the finished project and look forward to many years in my new room,

There are so many contractors out there that claim they can accomplish a project. We all know that doesn't always work out. Glenn is a different story. If you want someone with qualities like Professionalism, punctuality, eye for detail, committed to doing a good job, fairness, able to walk you through exactly what they will do and live up to that, then Glenn is your guy. I am using him on a second project that I will be doing shortly. He will get the job done and will get it done right.

I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of this project. That being said there were a couple of times that I thought verbal communication could have been a bit better. But if I were to do another project I would definitely consider using United Services.
