    I had a problem that occurred on the weekend and they came that day. Jeff, the owner was responsive and the issue was resolved. I had another job done by them the following week so the fact that I rehired them proves I was satisfied. My only concern is why are higher fees applied just because it is a Saturday? I know lots of businesses apply this extra fee, it just seems like it takes advantage of a situation that happens to many people. Since other jobs were not cancelled to do my job. It seems unreasonable. The subsequent work was priced more fairly.

    Hi Diane, I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with the higher fees you paid for a Saturday. The reason for the higher fees is due to our higher operating costs on the weekends. Our employees work full time when the weekend comes they are on overtime and are paid time and a half. I hope this helps you understand.

    The response to my request was immediate. Stan came and pumped out the septic tank the day after I called. The drain had to be unclogged, and Glenn came the following day and did that. They both gave thorough explanations of what was needed and what they were doing, they were polite, and cleaned up when they were done. Thank you very much!

    Received a prompt phone call in response to my inquiry. The gentleman, Stan, who came on the scheduled day at the scheduled time, was great. He answeted all our questions. He covered up the clean out port so the ground barely looked disturbed. We will definitely be using this company in the future!
