We had an issue with a gurgling toilet at our condo in Greenwich. Tony was incredibly responsive. He answered the phone at 7am and came to our condo the same day. He clearly communicated each step of the procedure to unclog the drain. He was professional, patient and polite. Tony recommended a descaling process to prevent a recurrence. He explained the pricing in detail and it seemed reasonable and fair. I am very happy with the service provided by Tony and United Sewer and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Tony and his team are the best and are our go-to plumbers for any and every plumbing/sewer problem we may have! They are very experienced, professional, courteous, punctual, friendly and neat. Tony from United Water and Sewer and his team did a great job replacing my main sewer pipe. They needed to dig an 8-foot trench in my front yard to get at the damaged sewer line. This includes lifting a 200 pound boulder up to the surface. They replaced the damaged line with a New PVC pipe. Then they refilled the trench, even coming back 3 days letter to add more soul and shale once the ground settled. The whole job was done in 2 days. They really stand by their work. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Tony to lead the work at your house. Heâ s a great guy.
