Overall I had a good experience with US Pool, just take a look at my pics of the pool and SPA they put in for me at the end of this review. They are a growing company that does many thing right. Which is the problem with good companies that will follow Great leadership. A raising start help me to layout my pool and assured me of the outcome. He always made sure I had someone I could look in the eye on site and in the finish that was great.

Upper management personnel very professional and very cooperative. Solved any and all misunderstandings. Pool construction unbelievably professional and efficient. Complete resurfacing, new pump and lights and hardly knew they were there. No mess. We love our new pool.

Lack of communication and follow through on the part of the salesperson. He promised a lot but never delivered. Had to ask for a contract instead of just a proposal. He didn't have a good knowledge of product. Some of the workers were professional but others were noisy and didn't clean up thoroughy.
