I had a lintel above a garage door that had sagged, causing cracks in the brick mortar. These guys are awesome. Jacked it up, used lag bolts to secure it, and re-tucked the mortar. Richard Jones was the foreman, and he was incredibly patient answering all my questions and showing/explaining me the work as he did it. Just completely pleased all the way around.

They defiantly stand behind their work. We had a few problems due to flooding in my yard immediately after the finished working on my house and it washed away the prettying up they had done. They came back and fixed it. They even fixed the divets in the grass along my driveway that was from an ambulance, not them, so it would look 'right' . And when the plan called for cutting my walkway and then patching it, the guys actually spent some extra time and dug under it so that the walk way wouldn't be 2 different colors next to my front stairs. They just always went a bit further than they had to.

From the administrative people, the sales/estimator, and the guys who actually did the work, this is one of the best experiences we have had. They communicated with us every step of the way. There customer service is excellent. If you have problems that involve the foundations it can be very concerning. We felt like these people are the real deal and care about their customers.
